Each bedroom has a private bathroom. There are 2 balconies. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans, and coffee bar. Restaurants, ice cream store, grocery store, and shopping are all within a short walk. Pool is available year-round!
*Time to see some professional football, baseball, or hockey games! Stadiums are only a 30-40 drive!

Guests will be given check-in instructions 48 hours prior to arrival.
Refundable damage deposit of $150 is required & will be returned after 5 business days of checkout, providing no damage or excess cleaning is reported.
Linens are provided along with a starter set of paper products, dish/dishwasher soap & paper products. Excess cleaning fees will be deducted from the damage deposit. Any special requests for the house cleaners (linen swap, etc.) must go through the owner & will incur an upcharge.
Bayview Villas has a strict "No Pets" policy. Absolutely no pets are allowed in our condo or on the property unless they are registered service dogs. (Emotional Support Animals are not allowed.) Please notify the owner prior to reserving the condo if you plan to bring a service dog.
NO smoking is allowed in or around the condo. Please respect our condo and our neighbors by smoking across the parking area. Bayview Villas does not have a designated smoking area.
Any broken or missing beach items will be charged to the guests.

Is there any free parking?
Yes, there are 3 parking options. You are welcome to park in the garage, in front of the garage, or in the designated parking spot that is in front of the condo.
Are pets allowed?
No, Bayview Villas has a restrict NO PET policy.
Is WiFi available?
Yes, upon arrival, you will receive an email with access to the WiFi and password.
Do the TV's have streaming or cable?
Yes, there are 3 Smart TV's that all have Netflix or Spectrum Cable. One TV is in the family room, and the other TV's are in the bedrooms.
How many people will the condo accomodate?
There are 2 queen beds plus a queen-size sofa sleeper. The condo is spacious and can easily accommodate 5-6 adults.
Is smoking allowed?
No smoking is not allow in or around the condo. There is not any designated smoking areas in the complex. In order to be respectful to our neighbors, please smoke across from the condo (near the designated parking space).
