's 5 O'clock Somewhere Beach House on the west end of Panama City Beach offers guests a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home & an Ultimate Game Room - Sleeps 9 people max. This multi-level home offers plenty of space for everyone in the party to have plenty of room, while all still being together. This home is located on a quiet residential street, this home is a block from the beach - a short 8 min walk or rent a golf cart, this is a golf cart friendly neighborhood. We have converted the garage into the ultimate game room - guests will enjoy the pool table, dart board, electronic basketball game & Air Hockey table. This property is dog friendly. We allow 1 dog under 25 pounds. No cats or puppies. If you are bringing a dog under 25 pounds a $150.00 nonrefundable pet fee will be requested. All dogs are not to be on the furniture or on our beds. All dogs must be cleaned up after outside. If any of these rules are broken after checkout you will be responsible for a $150 violation fee for the dog. No exceptions.

Lower Level: Master Bedroom w/ King Bed, Private Bath, w/ shower/tub combo, wall mounted 50-inch tv and private entrance to the lower balcony & back yard. Just off the downstairs master bedroom is a small kitchenette area with fridge, microwave & sink & Keurig.
Lower Level Balcony: outdoor dining table w/ 6 chairs, 2 piece sitting area w/ table & gas grill
Top Level: (Open Concept Living Room, Dining Room & Kitchen)
Living Room: Queen Sofa Sleeper, Love Seat & Chair, Wall Mounted TV, balcony with sitting area
Dining Room: Table w/ seating for 4 people
Kitchen: Fully Stocked w/ seating for 3 more at the bar
Bedroom 2: Twin/ Full bunk bed w/ entrance to balcony & wall mounted TV
Bedroom 3: Queen Bed w/ entrance to balcony
Bathroom 2: off hallway w/ shower/tub combo
Balcony off main living room: w/ seating areas
Back Yard Area: offers a fire pit w/ seating for 8 & outside corn hole game
Outdoor Shower: located on the side of the house
Parking: Max 4 cars can park in driveway - no parking on the street or in the grass area
Ring Camera Notice: For your protection & ours, we have a ring camera on the house which records audio & video of the entrance. Do Not tamper with or cover the ring camera. If you cover or tamper with camera - you will be evicted & no refund will be given.
Please note prior to booking there is a 25-age requirement to book this house. Person who books must be 25 at the time of booking & present during the entire stay. Please also, note everyone in the party must be 25 or older unless under 18 & accompanied by somebody 25 or older. This is strictly enforced. We do not allow 3rd party bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement of all guests upon check in guests will be evicted and will not be refunded for the stay. After the booking is confirmed, the guests email address will be requested. A signed rental agreement & a copy of the person's driver's license who booked will be requested. If those documents are not received back within 48 hours of booking guest forfeits reservation & will not be refunded.
This property does not allow Spring Breakers under 25 years of age. Absolutely no exceptions.
This property is dog friendly. All dogs must be 25 pounds or less. Max allowed 1 dog per stay. No cats or puppies absolutely no exceptions. Once the booking is confirmed a $150.00 nonrefundable pet fee will be added to your reservation. Your dogs are not allowed on any of our furniture. All dogs are to be picked up after. If the dog is left inside the home alone the dog must be crated. If an emergency or maintenance issue were to arise our team will need to access the home safely. Absolutely no exceptions. Additional charges will apply if these rules are violated.
No unregistered guests allowed in the property; violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction with no refunds given. We do not allow extra guests - including children of any age, we count heartbeats - and only allow the number of occupants, that the unit sleeps. This unit sleeps 9 people max per the fire marshal. No exceptions. If the fire marshal is called to the unit because you are over the legal occupancy, you will be responsible for the fine associated with him coming out.
Please note we only provide a starter pack of Amenities, just to get you through the first night.
One roll of paper towels, 1 toilet paper for each bathroom, 1 trash bag for each trashcan, 1 sponge for the kitchen, 1 cascade, 2 pods for laundry, 1 bar soap, 1 shampoo for each bathroom, & 1 conditioner for each bathroom. We do not provide these items for your entire stay.
We respectfully ask all guests not to move the furniture around. All the furniture must be placed back where it was found. During the checkout inspection if furniture is moved around & not put back additional charges will apply.
Check in is 4pm central on the day of arrival & checkout is 10am central on the day of departure. We do not allow early check ins. By booking guest agrees to wait to go to the property until the 4pm check in time or when you have been told by the office that the unit is ready. Failure to check out by 10am will result in additional charges. Check out time is 10 AM: if you are not out of the unit by 10:15 am, you agree to be charged 50.00 per half hour until all guests have completely vacated the unit.
Quiet Hours are 10pm to 8am – if security is called to your unit, management may evict without refund.
This is a nonsmoking unit. Evidence otherwise will result in a $300 fine & possible eviction without refund. You are allowed to smoke outside as long as cigarettes are disposed of properly. Failing to do so will result in a $300 fine.
This property provides a grill. All guests are required to clean the grill before checking out. Absolutely no exceptions. Upon inspection after your checkout if this has not been done you will be charged a $100 fee. Please be respectful & clean the grill after each use.
Failure to take out trash or excessive cleans caused from guest's additional charges will apply. The management company will have the right to charge the guest between $150.00- $300.00 for failing to abide by this rule.
