MerSea Beaucoup @ , 2 1/2-bathroom town home & SLEEPS 6. The Upstairs master offers a King bed and Private bath & flat screen TV that comes down out of the ceiling. Bedroom 2 offers a queen bed & twin bed with trundle & private bath attached & TV. Full Size Washer n Dryer for guests to use. Living Room offers all leather seating in front of a huge big screened TV. The open floor plan features marble tile floors in the downstairs with LVP on the stairs & upstairs. Main level offers a fully stocked kitchen, making meal prep a breeze, half bath, living room, dining area and extra seating at the bar, large open living room and back patio area with outdoor seating area to enjoy early morning coffee or end of day, evening cocktails.
Gulf Highlands offers plenty of activities, just out your front door with tennis courts, swimming pools and a shuffleboard court and mini golf. Take a short walk, across the street, to reach the sunny sands of Panama City Beach. If you want to take a break from cooking, Panama City Beach has numerous casual eateries as well as fine dining options.
When you get the urge to explore, Pier Park is just 3-4 miles away with over a million square feet of open-air shopping, restaurants and attractions. Miracle Mile Amusement area is right next to Pier Park.
If golf is your game, enjoy both the Hombre Golf Club and Holiday Golf Course, both being within a couple minutes of the town home.
A vacationer's paradise, this resort walks thru to Rock It Lanes which offers a bowling alley, roller skating rink and arcade or enjoy Shipwreck Island Water Park which is a few short blocks away.
Frank Brown Park is nearby and offers over 200 acres of outdoor recreation with 9 softball and baseball fields.

This property has 2 designated parking spots ONLY - no additional vehicles allowed. NO OVER SIZED VEHICLES OR TRAILERS.

Bedroom 2: Queen Bed, Twin Bed w/ private bath & TV.
Patio Area off main living room: Offers a Sitting Area to enjoy morning coffee, evening cocktails and just sitting and enjoying the view.
Parking: Max 2 cars - as we have designated parking in front of each condo. No Exceptions & No other spaces are available.
Ring Camera Notice: For your protection & ours, we have a ring camera on the house which records audio & video of the entrance. Do Not tamper with or cover the ring camera. If you cover OR tamper with camera - you will be evicted & no refund will be given.
Things To Note:
We provide a Starter Pack only of amenities, just to get you through the first night, not for your entire stay.
Rental Agreement must be completed & Copy of driver's license MUST be sent to secure reservation; we will not send check in info till both are sent to management.
All members of the rental party must be at least 25 years of age or older @ & must be present during the entire stay, we also do Not allow 3rd party bookings. violation could result in eviction w/o refund.
No unregistered guests allowed in the property; violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction with no refunds given. We DO NOT allow extra guests - including children under 2 years of age, we count heartbeats - and only allow the number of occupants, that the unit sleeps – No Exceptions will be made.
No Smoking - If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $500.00 fine.
Check out time is 10 AM: if you are not out of the unit by 10:15 am, you agree to be charged 50.00 per half hour until all guests have completely vacated the unit.
Check in time is 4 PM: we Do Not allow early check in during prime season. Guests are Not allowed on property until 4pm OR until they receive the door code from our office, whichever comes first.
Renter agrees to report issues with the unit to management within 2 hours of check in – regarding cleaning or issues & not wait to report during the review process, with exception to emergency maintenance calls.
Quiet Hours are 10pm to 8am – if security is called to your unit, management may evict without refund.
Please Note: Towels & Linens are provided for you and your guests, IF you stain or damage the linens or towels, you agree to pay for each piece stained to be replaced.
IF any of our house rules are violated, renter agrees to forfeit the security deposit.
Non Pet Friendly Units:
This property is Not pet friendly. Please note: if any evidence of a pet is found Or if we find an unauthorized pet in the property, we will evict you immediately without refund and/or charge a fine of $500.00.
