The master bedroom offers a custom built queen bed, private full bath w/ tub/shower combo & tv, for relaxing after a day of fun in the sun. Bedroom 2 offers a custom built full bed and there is a twin/twin bunk bed in the hallway, for ages 14 & under. This condo offers a fully stocked kitchen, making meal prep a breeze, dining table with seating for 4 & additional seating at the bar. The living room offers plenty of space for everyone to unwind & relax and hang out or watch tv. Sofa offers a queen sofa sleeper. This condo also features a corner balcony with views of the shimmering emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico and overlooks the pool.

This complex offers a community pool, tennis courts, BBQ grills, and an outside picnic area. Don't forget all of the wonderful adventure, leisure, ecotourism, and dining options in our Panama City Beach area. You will find fun for anyone in your party. You are a quick drive to Pier Park, Wonderworks, Ripley's, and Shipwreck Island!

IMPORTANT RULES TO NOTE PER THE RESORT:
The Registering Guest must be at least 25 years of age and present during the entire stay & will be held responsible for all other parties and/or guests of the Registering Guest for compliance with this reservation. The unit accommodates only 6 people (including children of all ages) per HOA regulations. If you have more people, you will not be able to check in and your money will not be refunded.
2 Parking Passes MAX: NO EXCEPTIONS - $25.00 each
THINGS TO NOTE:

We provide a STARTER PACK only of amenities, just to get you through the first night, NOT for your entire stay.

Rental Agreement MUST be completed & Copy of driver's license MUST be sent to secure reservation; we will not send check in info till both are sent to management.

No unregistered guests allowed in the property; violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction with no refunds given. We DO NOT allow extra guests - including children under 2 years of age, we count heartbeats - and only allow the number of occupants, that the unit sleeps – NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.

NO SMOKING - IF any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 fine.

Check out time is 10 AM: if you are not out of the unit by 10:15 am, you agree to be charged 50.00 per half hour until all guests have completely vacated the unit.

Check in time is 4 PM: we DO NOT allow early check in during prime season. Guests are NOT allowed on property until 4pm OR until they receive the door code from our office, whichever comes first.

Renter agrees to report issues with the unit to management within 2 hours of check in – regarding cleaning or issues & not wait to report during the review process, with exception to emergency maintenance calls.

Quiet Hours are 10pm to 8am – if security is called to your unit, management may evict without refund.

Please Note: Towels & Linens are provided for you and your guests, IF you stain or damage the linens or towels, you agree to pay for each piece stained to be replaced.

IF any of our house rules are violated, renter agrees to forfeit the security deposit.
This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if any evidence of a pet is found OR if we find an unauthorized pet in the property, we will evict you immediately without refund and/or charge a fine of $500.00.
