The kitchen is remodeled with new cabinets with granite counter tops, and new appliances including stainless steel Samsung over the range full size microwave, Samsung electric range (top of the line) and stainless steel refrigerator. The unit has a washer & Dryer, linen, 10 yards to inground heated pool, tennis, stroll 125 yds to (keyed access) private Beach. Additional fees are Condo application (Listed) condo application is due directly to the condo board (application will be provided), rental taxes (Listed) and electric utilities. Landlord will cover cable TV and Internet. There are no others fees. Cleaning service is optional however, tenant is required to leave unit in the same cleanliness.

Is there a security Deposit?
Yes, the security Deposit is $500 and to be used to cover electric. Security fee will be returned after 15 days.
