This ground level, newly renovated and professionally decorated 3 bedrooms, 2 bath beach house offers comfort, luxury, and relaxation. 620 North Bay Blvd is located on a quiet street- north of Pine Ave and just a 30 second walk from the Rod and Reel Pier. Anna Maria Bayfront Park is also very close and offers white sand beaches, a shaded area for children to play, amazing views of the Skyway Bridge, public changing rooms, showers, gazebos, charcoal grills for a picnic on the bay and scenic views of the boats traveling back and forth in Anna Maria Sound. The Gulf of Mexico it is not much further to Bean Point or the Sandbar Restaurant on the gulf. The Waterfront Restaurant, the City Pier, the Rod-N-Reel Pier are all a short stroll away. The free AMI trolley-stop and Pine Ave shopping are also just minutes away.

This luxury vacation rental is very welcoming. Upon entering you will notice the newly installed Faux Wood - laminate floors found throughout. This property has been lovingly restored giving a light and bright coastal cottage beach flare. The floor plan is great for family gatherings and features an updated kitchen and living room plus three cozy bedrooms. Out back, there is patio that is great to enjoy your morning coffee or 5pm margarita.

The master bedroom with king size bed has an on-suite bath. There are two additional bedrooms, that both feature queen beds. These bedrooms share a second hallway bath. Your family will enjoy the location, close proximity to the Rod and Reel pier and Bayfront Park. Leave your car parked the town is very walkable, and our island’s free trolley is only 2 short blocks away at the City Pier. 620 N Bay offers all the goodies to make sure your vacation doesn't skip a beat.
