Anna Maria Bayfront Park offers white sand beaches, a shaded area for children to play, amazing views of the Skyway Bridge, public changing rooms, showers, gazebos, charcoal grills for a picnic on the bay and scenic views of the boats traveling back and forth in Anna Maria Sound. The Gulf of Mexico it is not much further to Bean Point or the Sandbar Restaurant on the gulf. The Waterfront Restaurant, the City Pier, the Rod-N-Reel Pier are all a short stroll away. The free AMI trolley-stop and Pine Ave shopping are also just minutes away.

This luxury vacation rental is sure to please to pickiest of the group. You are welcomed by a large driveway that can accommodate up to 4 cars. Upon entering you will notice the newly installed Faux Wood - Porcelain tile floors found throughout. This property has been lovingly restored giving a light and bright coastal beach flare. The open floor plan is great for family gatherings and features a open living room, kitchen and sitting room plus a cozy breakfast bar with open views of the backyard. Out back, there is a large is a large tiled raised patio overlooking a tropically landscaped backyard and heated pool. There is also a cabana bar off the pool deck for your enjoyment.

The master bedroom with king size bed has an on-suite bath with shower. There are two additional bedrooms, One has a queen bed and the other two twin beds. These bedrooms share a second hallway bath. Your family will enjoy get-togethers with all the outdoor space. Leave your car parked the town is very walkable, and our island’s free trolley is only 2 short blocks away at the City Pier. 155 Crescent offers all the goodies to make sure your vacation doesn't skip a beat. *A starter kit of Paper Towels, Toilet Paper, Trash Bags, Laundry Detergent, and Coffee & Tea are provided. Travel sized; (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrush, sewing kit) are available if requested while supplies last. Any additional items that you may need during your stay can be purchased at one of the local grocery stores.*
