Heated Pool, Game Room, Near Weeki Wachee

Retreat to Nature's Coast! This family friendly home is set up for you to relax, unwind and have fun in the sun. Offering a full size private fully screened in pool, with outdoor dining, grilling and seating you may never want to leave!

Featuring a single level floor plan with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, we can host up to 6 people. One side of the home has a King bed and ensuite bathroom with a luxurious step in shower. Separated by the living, dining and kitchen area there are two more bedrooms offering a twin bed with twin trundle and a queen bedroom. The bathroom has a full tub and shower.

The garage has been converted into a TV/Game area with a large pool table, video games and TV.

The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, pots, pans, crockpot and blender- everything you need to make a meal. Or order from door dash and have food at your doorstep in minutes. You can walk through the back yard to Ihop for breakfast. Grocery stores are minutes away, as well as many restaurants and shopping centers.

The neighborhood is great for walking and is so peaceful you would never know you are right in the center of such a vibrant location!

This area of Brooksville is referred to as Nature's Coast and is conveniently located near Weeki Wachee Springs State Park. Kayak the 5-mile long crystal clear trail, natural sand-like beaches, water slides, live mermaid shows & boat tours. Visit Crystal River and swim with the manatees, see the different hues of crystal clear blue water and explore trails to see all kinds of local flowers and animals. Take a boat tour in nearby Homosassa Springs (and more manatees). There are several golf clubs nearby as well as a local winery, Withalacoochee State Forest and various hiking and biking trails.

A 30 minute drive to beautiful Pine Island Beach for family enjoyment on a beautiful beach with breathtaking Florida Sunsets and dolphin sightings. If you want to venture further away, it is located under an hour from Tampa, you can visit several theme parks such as Busch Gardens, or travel a bit further for Walt Disney World and Universal Studios.
