My husband, children and pets stayed in the Cozy Cul de Sac for 16 days after being displaced from our home due to Hurricane Ian. From the first contact with our host Jason, to check-out he was an impeccable host. When I reached out to Jason about his property and told him our situation, he did everything he could to accommodate our family in our time of need. I reached out to Jason about his property first because of its close proximity to family that we have in St. Pete and because he has the internet speed we needed so that my husband could work and his home is pet-friendly. After booking 14 nights we knew we would need at least a few more nights so I booked several more. Jason was so great to help me correct it and book it as one booking so that I wouldn’t be paying double fees for the same stay. The house is beautifully decorated and well equipped and spotless. The bed in the master was wonderfully comfortable and the bunk bed in the guest room was great for our teenagers. All the TV’s were smart tv’s which was great for streaming. We really felt that we had all the comforts of home. The additional living room in the back of the house had the perfect bar top table for my husband to set up his workspace for the weeks away from home. French doors lead to an awesome backyard that is fully fenced for privacy and pets. The back deck has lots of cozy seating and a fire pit and a grill for cooking out. The house is situated on a really private cul de sac in a super quiet neighborhood. We were pleased to find everything was close by. Walmart Neighborhood Market, Publix and gas stations are within a 5 min drive away. Our stay at the Cozy Cul de Sac was as perfect as it could be given our circumstances and Jason was always available to answer and all of our questions and concerns. One day we hope to come back to the Cozy Cul de Sac and enjoy the beautiful beaches that are right near by and have a real vacation.
