The formal dining area, fit for six people, features a designer wood table with uniquely upholstered dining chairs and locally created surfboard décor. Adjoining the dining area is the open and fully equipped kitchen that will satisfy even the pickiest of chefs. Showcasing quartz countertops throughout, brand-new stainless-steel appliances, and a large island allowing seating for four people, this kitchen will not disappoint. All cookware, dishware, drinkware, silverware, utensils, as well as cooking essentials including spices and condiments, a Ninja Foodi Air Fryer/Pressure Cooker combo, blender, KitchenAid mixer and more are included at your fingertips. Treat yourself to your favorite hot beverage using the versatile coffee station.

French doors lead you from the formal dining area outside to the backyard where the spacious, covered lanai featuring a ceiling fan, couch and dining area are sure to entertain. You can enjoy cooking on the propane grill or grab a cold beverage from the beverage cart. Engage in a game of botchy ball or catch in the backyard or soak up the sun in one of the 4 extra lawn chairs.

You can spend an entire day in the master retreat. Come melt into the vibrant, comfortable king-sized bed and catch up on your favorite series or movie on the 55” Alexa FireTV. If you are looking for more peace, shut down the electronics and enjoy the elegant ambiance the room offers with its décor and lighting. You will have no shortage of storage space in your retreat, as it offers a dresser, two nightstands, a vanity station, and massive walk-in closet with jewelry armoire. Side of the bed lighting is touch activated, multi-level lighting with charging stations.

Within the master retreat sits a full bathroom including a walk-in shower, a light-up LED vanity mirror, and plenty of storage space including towels and linens. The walk-in shower is so refreshing, you may find yourself showering multiple times a day. The beach and boho theme of the bathroom couple together wonderfully with the boho chic designed retreat. The master retreat is split from other sleeping rooms of the home, providing you the maximum privacy when you are accommodating overnight guests.

The first guest bedroom, also fitted to serve as an office/workspace, features a queen-sized bed with four large, roller storage units beneath to maximize storage space. Flexible, dimmable reading lights and charging stations are available right in the bed. This edgy yet sophisticated room offers a 55” Alexa FireTV, L-shaped desk with printer and office supplies, two office chairs, and full closet –this room offers functionality, yet still showcases the chic, modern beach design.

As you head to the next guest bedroom, you will be welcomed by a full guest bathroom including bathtub. Stocked with all the linens and essentials you will need to get your adventure started without havoc.

Next, visit the second guest room which offers sleeping capabilities of up to four additional guests. The bunk bed with stairs offers a full-sized bed and two twin-sized beds, and storage areas. The room is adorned in shark décor to pay homage to the “shark teeth capital of the world”. Play with the touchable wall lighting as a fun activity or use as a nightlight. Room includes a full-sized closet equipped with a Pack n’ Play and highchair for the little ones, if needed.

Need a place to recharge? Head to the 2-car garage which has been converted to a gym and fitness area with a massage chair. Here you can burn calories and stretch out using the new, sleek water row machine, or practice your boxing moves on the boxing training center. Also equipped with free weights, foam mats for floor work, and fans, you can reach all your fitness goals here. There is also a full body, zero gravity massage chair available to help soothe those tight muscles and help take the stress away.

The garage also hosts new, stainless-steel washer and dryer, utility sink, laundry racks, laundry baskets, and laundry starters to ensure you are able to keep your belongings nice and fresh. Additionally, within reach, you will have access to all essential cleaning equipment (broom, dustpan, mop, steam mop, vacuum, shovel, dusters, more) to help keep this paradise looking good.

For those that plan to frequent one of the many beaches nearby, your adventure will be worry-free with beach wagons (2) to store and tow your beach essentials to the perfect spot, beach chairs (4), beach mats (2), beach tent, picnic supplies, shovels, toys, cooler and more, all provided.

High-speed Wi-Fi available throughout property. Property is also equipped with outdoor surveillance cameras for added security. All televisions are integrated with smart technology and can be used to sign into your favorite streaming platforms or listen to music. DirecTv is available on a television of your choice (fees apply), so you have the freedom to watch what your heart desires.

Located right across the street is a small, enclosed body of water where you can watch the neighborhood gator play around the waters and watch magical birds, ducks, and otters have fun in nature’s playground. Only moments away from world class beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, downtown Venice, restaurants, bars, art galleries, shopping, boating, fishing, hiking, biking, skating, and golf. Downtown Venice is a palm tree-lined village with quaint shops and many fine dining outlets. Venice fishing pier and Sharky’s water dining are only minutes away.

Venice, Florida is known as the “Shark Tooth Capital of the World” –it is thought to have more sharks’ teeth hidden amongst the sand and shells than any other beach in the world. Many beachcombers find these hidden gems while strolling along the water’s edge.

Nearby Shamrock Park and Nature Center offers an 80-acres preserve, which links up with a 10-mile bike trail perfect for biking, walking, or jogging. In addition to walking trails, the park also has a nature center, tennis courts, a playground, and basketball courts.
