From the moment we walked through the door we absolutely fell in love with this property. It sits on an extra large lot, perhaps one of the widest lots in the neighborhood and is perfectly positioned at the end of a gorgeous walk way of palm trees that lead to the center of the pool and straight on to the beach. Because of it's larger lot the designers were able to create a truly unique floor plan that is brilliantly thought through at each step of the home. Every room is oversized and decorated with a sophisticated elegance. It's a peaceful home with a wonderful elevated back porch area overlooking the forest and walking trails leading to Rosemary and Alys Beaches.

The Crown Jewel of Seacrest Beach we feel really has the best of it all. It's very peaceful, but moments walk from the fun and excitement of 30a. And the neighborhood tram picks you up just at the front door to take you on down to the beach. We think you'll fall in love when you come to visit.

More specifically it’s squeezed right in between two of the most stunning neighborhoods in all of america, Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach.

The neighborhood of Seacrest Beach features a cute town center with shops and dining, as well as a giant resort style pool, beach trams that drop you off at the sand just, and some classic beach house architecture.

Directly behind the house is a great running/walking trail through the woods. It’s so peaceful!
