About the owner: We have been coming to the SW Florida area since 2010, when we purchased our first property. We finally made our forever move in 2019 from Illinois and have never looked back. We love the area, the beaches, the warm weather and the year round activities. My husband and I are excited to have this new property to be able to share with others so they can enjoy a wonderful stay any time of year.
Why this property? We recently purchased this property in June of 2022. We are looking forward to sharing it with seasonal and year round renters. It is in a great location- Close to the Fort Myers airport, interstate, shopping, restaurants, and easy to get to beaches.
This community is quiet, beautifully maintained, very nice amenities. We also liked that if offered golf to our renters, since it is a public course anyone can join in and play.
