The property features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms - including an owner suite balcony upstairs and a downstairs open patio for grilling or relaxing. The home has board/card games, novels, and a host of other convenient items to make your stay memorable!

Being a smart home, the locks, TV, thermostats, etc are equipped to operate with smart technology and give you the flexibility you need to suit any of your comforts. All rooms have dedicated TV! You cant beat the 1GB Fiber internet that will serve all your needs from streaming, to working remotely or otherwise. Come inside and cool off in the central air conditioning, best enjoyed in the living room's oversized corner couch. The full kitchen is just nearby, so it's easy to whip up refreshments. Enjoy them at the breakfast bar, in the full dining area, or out on the furnished back patio. Essential amenities like the private washer/dryer will help your trip run smoothly. All bedrooms are on the upper floor, so there's no need to worry about laughter or late-night conversations disturbing anyone's sleep. Guests of the main bedroom will enjoy their own private furnished balcony and a private en suite bathroom with a standalone shower. All bedrooms feature room-darkening shades you can pull close for a good night's sleep and TVs equipped with cable and streaming services (including complimentary Netflix, HBO, Hulu, Starz, etc for guests).

- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected.
- Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.

Fees:
-Non-refundable $20 access card fee (paid on-site).

-Cleaning Fees: $150.

-Pet fee - $50/per pet

-For more than a month booking, Refundable security deposit has to be paid and will be reimbursed once the property manager reviews the condition of the house and certifies the house was left in good condition.

-Dates are not reserved until payment is received to ensure the dates are locked in.

-We don't accept reservations more than 3 months at this time.

Orange Lake:
Orange Lake has two driving ranges. The driving range at the Legends has small baskets with about 35 balls for $7 and a large basket with about 70 balls for $13. The Golf Shop for the Reserve/Crane’s Bend in the Marketplace sells tokens for the range machine ‌on the driving range. Each token is $8 for about 45 Balls.
