The second bedroom has a queen bed with a tv and the living room includes a sleeper sofa complemented by a 70" flat screen tv. Wifi and basic cable are included. TV’s equipped with streaming capabilities.

Fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and Cuisinart coffee pot/kcup machine.

Washer and dryer included in the unit.

This gated community has numerous amenities: 24 hour security, newly remodeled clubhouse with library, 2 gulf side heated swimming pools with hot tubs, a kiddie pool, small playground, fitness center with sauna, gas grills, 1 mile walking trail around complex, 3 tennis courts and 1/4 mile secluded beach with chaise lounge chairs and umbrellas included.
