  You will avoid large public beach crowds on the private beach access. Beach is wide and sandy and walking south from condo you can literally walk 2.7 miles to Stump Pass State Park at the end of the Key (a must do!)

  Looking north there are also miles of quiet beach great for fishing, walking, running, shelling and shark tooth hunting. Dedicated beach chairs, cart, umbrella and beach toys available for those who prefer to relax.

  Manasota Key is popular with the shell hunters and this display on the walk down to the beach explains why.

  Manasota Key is also a very popular destination for shark tooth hunters. They are usually much smaller than this find, but sometimes you get lucky like this guest did if you get out on the beach early enough.

  For a calming backdrop you’ll find a lot of greenery along the beach as there are no huge developments on Manasota Key. Most of the developments along the Key are smaller or private family residences.

  Complex is made up of 2 elongated buildings on beach side and 2 on the bay. This unit is on the bay side steps from the pool and dock, but you have access to the best of both worlds and everything is just a short walk.

  Two twins in 2nd bedroom just replaced with Zinus 8” 3 layer memory foam mattresses and Tommy Bahama quilts and shams in December 2021. Window to treed lot next door for extra privacy and lots of light when you want it.

  Bar stool and dining table offer plenty of seating.

  View out the dining area sliders shows just how close you will be to the pool, bay and dock. Walking in the other direction takes you to the condo complexes private beach.

  The bayside heated pool is only steps from the unit and overlooks both the dock and the bay. You can sit by the pool and still be connected with high speed internet access while enjoying the view.

  Plenty of seating around the pool to read, relax, enjoy a drink or meal.

  There is a propane grill overlooking the water and plenty of tables so enjoy a meal over looking Lemon Bay.

  Heated pool is just steps from the unit for easy access to a steady supply of cold beverages.
