IN CASE OF A HURRICANE
If there is a threat of a hurricane approaching, refunds will be granted only under the following conditions:
When a "mandatory evacuation order” is issued by the Local Authorities for the area of residence where the property is located. Starting from the day, the authorities order a mandatory evacuation until the Hurricane Warning is lifted: We will refund any unused portion of rent only during the above time.
HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNITY: OWNER of rental property shall not be liable for any damages and/or injury to TENANT and/or their guest(s), or their personal property due to TENANT’S acts, actions, or neglect. TENANT agrees to hold OWNER harmless against any claim for damage and/or injury due to TENANT’S act or neglect or their guest's act or neglect

Sabrina and her staff were thorough in the process of attaining the site, supplying pre-arrival information and departure instructions. We are three couples looking to get away from the northern cold. This location was perfect. Thank you to Sabrina and her team. We had a great time!

Amazing !! Our whole family just LOVED this place, we didn’t want to check-out !!This townhouse is the most beautiful house we ever stayed in ! Its very clean and is furnished to a high standard. The kitchen has everything you need to make a gourmet dinner and is very clean. The beds had lovely linens and the mattresses were very comfortable. We loved that we all had a bathroom each, felt so luxurious !The outside terrace is perfect for the morning coffee and dining. We also loved the area and location, you have the beach just across the street, beautiful ! The pool was also very nice and clean and there is a great gym.Its close to everything you need !Manager Sabrina is very lovely and helpful and easy to contact.We will definately stay here again soon !
