Come and enjoy everything that Southwest Florida has to offer in this bright and open 3-bedroom pool home in beautiful Rotonda West! This home features a split bedroom layout with Master bed and bath on one side of the house. Two other bedrooms with bathroom in-between reside on the opposite side of the house along with a washer and dryer in the mud room. Each room has its own new TV for entertainment and ceiling fan for comfort.
The dine-in kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, Keurig, and dishwasher. It also offers seating along the peninsula that overlooks the inviting family room with a 55” TV and large ceiling fan. The family room looks out to the large heated screened pool area through panoramic sliding doors.
Outside, you will relax in style with a large, heated pool with covered lanai, family size table and chairs, and lounge chairs to soak in the sun. Behind that you will find a man-made, freshwater canal where you can watch the Florida wildlife or throw a line in the water and enjoy some fishing.

The home also comes stocked with things you may need when travels with children. Puddle-Jumpers (2), tear-free shampoo & body wash, sound machine, pack and play, high chair, kid's cups etc.

About the owner: Hello! We are Theresa and Nate, and welcome to our Florida home! We are married with 3 young, active boys - Owen, Austin, and Alex. Both of us were born and raised in Minnesota, but have always longed for the Florida sunshine! We made the leap and decided to buy a vacation home that our family can enjoy and that we can rent out to others.
Why this property? This house checks all the boxes for us: It's in a wonderful location close to the beach in a family-friendly community, it has a beautiful pool and lanai, and it is on a freshwater canal where we can do some backyard fishing.

The location of this home was close to the beach and lots of great restaurants. The pool was so enjoyable and the canal gave us lots of wildlife to keep us entertained. We would go back there in a minute.

Mary N.Wonderful house
My family and I loved this charming and comfortable house. The peaceful vibe and the many thoughtful touches the host provided, not just for us but also for our pets made this a wonderful and restful vacation. The pictures don’t do this place justice it is so pretty with a lovely yard, clean comfy beds and in a convenient location to the many attractions in Fort Myers.
