- Secure double car garage parking. What some guests do not like about our listing:
- This is Florida, where there are plenty of large bugs and critters. You will most likely see them outside, and if the doors are left open, they will get in. They are all pretty harmless, but can be a surprise.
- The neighborhood is full of very large homes, meaning you will see and hear other large groups around at times when you are outside.
-Even though this is located in the Encore Resort, the resort doesn't allow us to purchase access for our guests. The resort is exclusive to their guests only.

Our house comfortably sleeps 26 with 16 total beds including a mixture of King, Queen, Twins and a Bunk. The home occupancy permits 26 people. House is professionally cleaned between every stay.

Complimentary WiFi, live TV and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.

You will have access to the entire place during your stay!

We live about 30 minutes away from the property but have plenty of ways to help during your stay if needed. We have tried to make your stay as seamless as possible to make things easier for both parties.

Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed. We may also require a deposit to be held during your stay to ensure protection of our home.
