The Trinidad at Lake Mallard: A Lakefront Pool Home

Enjoy a LAKEFRONT, POOL home in beautiful Clearwater, Florida -- just 8 mi from Clearwater Beach and 2 miles from darling Dunedin, where you’ll enjoy many local shops, craft breweries, eateries, and ice cream shops. Fully renovated home offers a super open floor plan so everyone can enjoy each other’s company without feeling cramped. Nearly every area of the home offers tranquil lake and pool views. Located a short drive to 2 international airports – TPA & PIE. (No parties! Locals *must* get approval.)

Our home is open and airy feeling, yet well defined. We chose a tranquil blue for throughout the home with touches of green and coral. In addition to the main living room with 65” Roku TV, we offer a cozy 4-seat living room space right next to the pool (heated by the sun only) with jetted tub (NOT a hot tub). Adjacent to that is a huge dining room that seats up to 10 guests! Next is the open kitchen with island with seating for two. All of these spaces have views of the pool and lake. BEDS: 1 king, 1 queen, 1 sofa bed (queen), and 2 twin rollout beds (comfortable!) to be placed anywhere in the home.

** AGAIN, the pool is unheated; it's VERY warm by the sun alone. We can't guarantee the temps in the dead of winter of course. That's also NOT a hot tub; it's a JETTED tub, not heated. Jets turn on a timer (noon to 9 pm); no manual turning on of jets is permitted. **

** Locals MUST get approval before booking.

** Ring video doorbell and *exterior* security cameras on-site.
