Sit back, relax, and unwind -- Our building is a quaint wood beach villa ON THE BEACH, surrounded with large trees, mangroves, and sea oats. Outside we have a spacious, private balcony. We pride ourselves on keeping a VERY CLEAN unit. We offer amenities such as: 3 TVs, Spectrum cable + Roku and high-speed Wi-Fi internet! Keurig (Kcups) and regular coffee maker. You’ll have assigned covered parking plus an extra space for another guest within the 8-unit complex. We are 'Kid friendly'. Our building is on the beach, but our unit faces the intercoastal or the East.

Enjoy our unique and quiet atmosphere. It offers the surf, white powdery sand, sunsets, Gulf breezes, sunshine, blue skies, and the comforts of home.

We are in close proximity to anything in Pinellas County. Located approximately 25 minutes from Tampa International Airport and 20 minutes from the Clearwater Beach and St. Petersburg. Many restaurants and things to do and see nearby. You can take day trips to many of the fabulous tourist attractions in Central Florida and the West coast. Ice cream parlor directly across street.

Area Information

Indian Shores is located on a barrier island in the Gulf of Mexico. The area has beautiful wide white sand beaches, and is close to golf courses, malls and other shopping and a great variety of entertainment venues. The area is home to the NFL Buccaneers, the NHL Lightning, and the American League Tampa Bay Rays. Several MLB teams are in the area for Spring Training. Busch Gardens is about 45 minutes away and the multiple parks of Disney plus Sea World and Universal Studios are only about 90 minutes away. Bike, motorbike and boat rentals are available across the street. John’s Pass with charter fishing, boat rentals, water sport activities, shops and restaurants is about 5 miles down the beach. Other attractions in the immediate Tampa Bay area include Adventure Island, the Florida Aquarium, Sunken Gardens and the Lowry Park Zoo.
