The owner's suite has a king-size bed, the 2nd bedroom has a king-size bed & the 3rd bedroom has a queen-size bed and a day bed with a trundle bed underneath. All bedrooms have flat-screen televisions. Free long distance in the US & Canada. Home has WiFi, Cable and Netflix. There is a barbeque grill by the pool and a lovely pergola sitting area to enjoy. The washer & dryer, bikes, and beach chairs are all available for your use. Restaurants, Mote Marine Aquarium and St. Armands Circle with world-class shopping and dining are minutes away. The area is renowned for its cultural and environmental amenities, beaches, resorts, and the Sarasota School of Architecture. The home is available as a monthly rental.

Canadian owners visited Longboat Key and stayed in this home. Enjoyed the weather and community so much that when it came on the market, they purchased it and have made many improvements since then.
Why this property? Great location, close to beach, St. Armands Circle and Downtown Sarasota yet private, peaceful and relaxing. This home has everything you could need for a nice, fun holiday.

This home was absolutely beautiful. The decorations, cleanliness and amenities were above par. In the 8 years I have been coming to Longboat Key , this home was by far the best. I definitely will rent again. Candria was a pleasure to work with and answered all our questions in a timely manner.
