Upon entry into the home, guests will fall in love with the open floor plan concept and coastal décor. In the living room, guests have plenty of space to sit down, relax, and watch their favorite movie or TV show on the large, flat screen, smart TV. In the kitchen, guests will find all they need to cook their favorite meal including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all kitchen essentials.

In the master bedroom, guests will find a spacious King size bed, large flat screen TV, and ensuite bathroom with large walk-in shower. In the first guest bedroom, guests will find a comfortable Queen size bed, dressers, and sliding glass doors with direct access to the pool. In the third bedroom, guests will find a bunk bed with a pull out mattress and a flat screen tv.

Once outside, guests will fall in love with their outside private oasis. Plenty of outdoor furniture gives guests options of where they would like to relax and unwind. Guests can relax by the fire pit, in front of the outdoor TV, dine on the outdoor dining table, or tan in the adirondack chairs. Guests will love the large pool that gives plenty of space to float around or swim. Past the enclosed lanai, guests will enjoy the beautiful views of the canal. The canal is perfect for seeing Southwest Florida wildlife, fishing, or catching a beautiful sunset. Guests will be able to enjoy use of the kayaks and bicycles at this home as well!

Our cleaners are wearing gloves, masks, using EPA approved cleaning products for all type of surfaces, ventilating rooms and spaces. Roelens Vacations has encouraged the cleaning crews to apply the rules of social distancing, washing hands regularly for 20 seconds at least and are checking off a checklist with each cleaning.

Please note: This home has a minimum age requirement of 25. Electricity is charged separately for this home at the rate of $15-25 per day. This fee is collected at the time of final payment and is considered prepaid utility use. This prepayment has been included in your quote and is part of the total reservation cost. Post-departure paid utility use may be offered at booking and will be billed at .185 kW for actual daily usage plus 11.5% tax and will be charged to a credit card on file. Pack & Plays (Portable Crib) and Highchairs are available with a small rental fee.
