This room also has a large sliding glass door with direct access out to the pool! The en-suite is stunning and spacious with tile throughout offering both his & hers vanities, beautiful walk-in shower & separate soaking tub. Each of the guest rooms are just as spacious as the master bedroom offering king-sized beds with tasteful coastal furnishings. Every guest room even boasts a large 65” TV! This home has a large and recently updated pool and spa! The pool is a heated Pentair Saltwater pool with a Pentair UV light disinfection system. These updates keep the water clear and disinfected to better guests experience! The spa has also been updated to a jacuzzi hot tub with bubbles and a 2HP Silencer blower! With the Pentair pool remote, guests can control all of the pool and spa's bubbles and multi-color LED lights.

Villa X-Ta-Sea has a newly installed Electric Vehicle (EV) Tesla Level 2, wall-mounted Gen3 charger with 18ft power cord, which was installed on a 60-amp breaker (240V), and which is capable of providing maximum output of 48-amps (11.5kW of power) during charging. Cellphone app is not needed. Tesla-to-J1772 adapter is available to charge all other (non-Tesla) Electric Vehicles (EV) as well. Additionally, NEMA 14-60 outlet is available for our guests to charge their RV/camper, etc. All these charging options allow our guests to have flexibility to charge their Tesla and non-Tesla Electric Vehicles (EV) and RV/campers as needed, and put them back on the road as fast as possible.

Hurricane Ian Disclaimer: During the hurricane, the pool cage of Villa X-Ta-Sea suffered damage and has now been removed. We are actively working on replacing the cage. The rest of the home is in great condition!

Please note: This home has 1 crib, 1 pack n play, and 1 high chair available for guest at no extra fee. This home has a minimum age requirement of 25. Electricity is charged separately for this home at the rate of $15-25 per day. This fee is collected at the time of final payment and is considered prepaid utility use. This prepayment has been included in your quote and is part of the total reservation cost. Post-departure paid utility use may be offered at booking and will be billed at .185 kW for actual daily usage plus 11.5% tax and will be charged to a credit card on file. This home is pet friendly for smaller, non-shedding breeds with prior approval and pet fee per pet.
