Welcome to our spacious 4 bedroom, 2430 sq foot home- located 2 miles from and just 6 miles from Anna Maria Island. Spend the day at the beach or the preserve and come home to a perfect space to unwind and create memories with your family and friends. Publix Supermarket, Starbucks, Walmart, and a host of restaurants are minutes drive from our house.

We take pride in taking great care of our house and set high standards for our cleaners. Our #1 goal is that our guests have an amazing vacation and enjoy our home to the fullest.

This beautiful home sleeps 12 comfortably and has 2 master suites, one of which is on the first floor. There are total of 9 BEDS:

We don't charge extra for pool heat! Weather permitting, our pool is heated up to 88 degrees from November through May. On colder days (< 70 degrees), our pool may not reach set temperature as the electric pool heaters rely on current air temperature.
Please do not leave children unattended outside

Avoid excessive screaming and yelling as it disturbs the neighbors
No glass, or anything breakable in or around the pool
Swim at your own risk. This is a private home and there is no lifeguard

Please also note that our properties are privately owned homes, and therefore sometimes appliances or household systems (HVAC, Plumbing, WIFI, pool heater, etc.) may unexpectedly malfunction. While we will do everything in our power to address any functionality issues as quickly as possible, we cannot offer refunds- full or partial, cancellations, or alternate accommodations unless the property is deemed uninhabitable. We do our best to maintain the quality of our property by taking care of it inside and out.  While we ask our weekly maintenance crew to come before guests arrive, sometime it is not possible due to their busy schedules. Occasionally, you might see our maintenance vendors on the property.  

Florida is a buggy state! The outside perimeter of our home is professionally sprayed regularly to control endemic insects. However, please understand it is not possible to get rid of all bugs, unfortunately.

We strongly encourage our guests to purchase travel insurance as it provides the peace of mind and financial protection in case unexpected events occur. Unfortunately, we do not process refunds outside of the cancellation policy. Thank you for understanding.

Located in beautiful Palma Sola in NW Bradenton, our vacation property is 6 miles from Anna Maria Island and within walking distance to nearby Bishop Point for gorgeous sunset views and fishing. Robinson Preserve is 2 miles away, great for afternoon kayaking, biking, and hiking.  In addition, you are just a short distance to downtown Bradenton, which provides all sorts of indoor and outdoor fun, including a history of natural museum, aquarium, and planetarium. There is also a performing arts center, an enchanting park that rambles alongside the Manatee River, and a bustling marina with outstanding dining options.
