About this rental
If your preference is for a beachside bungalow rather than a congested condo, look no more. This quaint cottage, originally built in the 1940's and renovated in 2019, is a short walk through the shell "paved" parking lot of Blue Heron Cottages, past the heated swimming pool and outdoor shower area, and over the protected sand dunes to the beautiful, wide, white sugar sand beach overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Park in your dedicated space adjacent to your cottage and walk a few short steps into your fully furnished beachside retreat featuring two bedrooms, two baths, living room, full-size kitchen, and in-unit washer and dryer. Living room has queen size sleep sofa, two club chairs, flat screen TV, and is spacious enough to accommodate 6 adults. The master bedroom has king size bed, 2 nightstands with lamps for reading, bench, flat screen TV, built-in shelves for storage, and closet built-ins. The guest bedroom has bunk beds featuring a twin over a double bed, double dresser, closet, and stack washer/dryer. The full size kitchen has a café table, eat-at bar with 4 barstools, full size refrigerator, full size range/oven, built-in microwave, and dishwasher. Additionally, there is a pantry/hutch adjacent to the kitchen in a small bonus room with exterior access door. Clean linens are provided for all beds as well as towels for the baths and beach. The kitchen is fully equipped with small appliances, dishes, glasses, silverware, pots and pans and cooking utensils. The cottage is professionally cleaned before each guest's arrival and the owners pride themselves on providing a clean, well-furnished, and welcoming vacation rental for you. Other features include a wood deck along the front of the cottage with table and chairs to seat 4, plus an Adirondack-style rocking chair. A propane grill, beach chairs and umbrellas are also available on site for our guests' use and we are a dog-friendly property. We have a max weight of 30 pounds for the pet and a pet fee of $150.00 for the entire stay.

About the owner: In 2006 Max and Rita Pineiro were on business in Indian Rocks Beach and fell in love with the sand, sun, and family-friendly vacation community of Indian Rocks Beach. On a chance drive down Gulf Boulevard, they stumbled onto what would later become their first property in IRB.
Fast forward to 2020 and the Pineiro’s own five properties in IRB, hosting families from across the world, sharing their little slice of paradise all year long. Short term and seasonal rentals are available and they invite you to experience the ambiance, community and the people that made them trade in their New Jersey winters for the beach life that can only be found in Indian Rocks Beach, Florida.
