The renovated kitchen is to your left as you walk inside, and features crisp white cabinetry complimented with gorgeous slabs of Carerra marble countertops and a multi-color mosaic tile backsplash. The pristine white appliance suite includes a smooth-top electric range, an efficient dishwasher, a convenient microwave, and a spacious refrigerator. The washer and dryer are also located here, as is a coffee station for morning pick-me-ups and a wine fridge for evening cocktails.
A circular dining table with seating for four is illuminated by a modern chandelier and leads directly into the wide-open living space. Here, you'll find two navy blue sofas facing a large HDTV. On either side of the sofa are turquoise glass lamps that highlight the Gulf of Mexico-inspired artwork. This comfy space is ideal for hosting a family movie night in with a huge bowl of popcorn. Outside through the sliding glass doors is a lovely screened-in lanai, perfect for sipping your mug of morning coffee while enjoying the gentle sea breezes.
The first of the two bedrooms is the primary suite, complete with a luxe king-size bed, HDTV, and an ensuite bathroom with a step-in, subway-tiled shower. The second bedroom is on the opposite end of the home for complete privacy and features a queen bed and an HDTV. There's also another full bathroom with a tub/shower combo that can be accessed from the hallway.
