Enjoy fantastic partial views of the ocean and intercoastal from this residence in a building that is directly on the famous Hallandale beach. This is a full service building offering numerous amenities including 24/7 Concierge service, valet parking, fitness center, tennis courts, spa , sauna ,beach and pool service and Italian restaurant ( note building is under construction,
and restaurant will be opened November 2023)
Condo has a king size bed with a pullout double size bed on sectional couch. Availability from July 2023 min 3 month rental.
Person will be Vetted credentials checked and verified.
July 2023 - October 31 2023 $3200 Discount given because of construction.
November 2023 onwards 4500.00$ per month. Building will be brand new all construction will be completed.

great neighborhood, close to all amenities . 7 min drive to Aventura mall, 5 min drive to Walmart, Publix, Winn Dixie, 15 min to Costco, 10 min to Target, 10 min to whole foods, lots of restaurants to choose from all 5-10 min away , including PF Changs, Houston's, Mortons Steak house, Cheesecake Factory.
My favorite place to have breakfast is at Mo's bagels 5 min away over the bridge.
20 min away from saw grass outlet mall, 30 min from south beach.
Attractions Within Walking Distance
Hollywood Beach boardwalk just 15 min walking distance , offers an array of restaurants as well live free entertainment by Margaritaville, on the weekends enjoy live band performances.
10 min walk to several synagogues and 10-15 min driving to kosher restaurants as well as grocery stores.
Gulfstream park driving distance 5 min
Has lots of restaurants and a small casino.

About the owner: Hello we are a couple from Canada , my husband owns a dealership in Richmond Hill and I work for a hospital.
We are very easy going and love to get together with family and friends. We have 3 kids all of which are adults now . Love the outdoors, which is why we chose this condo , long walks on the beach and biking along Hollywood boardwalk is what we love to do, which is 5 min from our place.
Why this property? This is our dream condo located on the beach , it's super spacious with almost 1000 sq feet of living space. We bought this place with intentions of retirement in the near future.
We are in love with the location as it's super close to everything. We have the best of both worlds quiet and lively action which ever you want . The condo is super comfortable and big enough to have guests over for dinner or just hang out. Hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Great location! Best experience! We loved the condo it was super clean and spacious. We were surprised on how well the kitchen was stocked , they left spices and coffee, tea, even peanut butter and jam , and cooking oils for us to use. Basically the kitchen was fully stocked lol, when they said it's your home away from home they weren't kidding. The only thing we had to buy was groceries lol....Oh so sweet they left a welcome note and cookies. We loved waking on the beach every morning , we found the condo close to everything. Beach service is a plus! Loved that. There was a bit of construction when we stayed , we didn't mind it. Owners are wonderful and we're available when we called with a few questions. Overall experience 10/10 Will rent again!
