The host was great at all times. Very helpful and great communication. I ke0pt extending my stay and ended up moving to a new unit with the same host as I needed to extend, and the unit was already rented to another guest. But the unit I moved to, was as great as the one I moved from. I have nothing to say negative about the host, nor the units. Very clean and it has been a great stay. Thank you "Hospedanos" for making me feel at home and taken care of. Will 100% recommend to anyone looking in the area!

Everything looked like the pictures. Worth the price for sure. Nice space for a couple. The host was very friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely stay here again . It was clean.. the tv , WiFi and the AC worked perfectly. The outside gate had an extra lock you need a code to enter which made us feel safe.

Overall it was a good stay. The host was proactively communicating with me. The location was great right in the city not to far from wynwood, brickell, and design district. Felt pretty safe overall. Things to note: neighbors made a lot of banging noises at one point we could hear them yelling. Bathroom is VERY tiny. Wouldn’t recommend this location if your traveling with people you don’t know very well. Also the water pressure in the shower was very low. Parking started out great there was always a spot in front of the house until the weekend came around there was no parking at night. So if you plan on being out late prepare to park far. Overall cleanliness of the place was good but the floor did feel dirty. upon arrival there was a painting on the floor and a screw that you couldn’t see because it blended with the floor. Luckily I was wearing shoes and spotted that before it was an issue. Recommend for a short stay nothing long term.

I cant say enough positive comments about Max & Johanna they really made me & Tatiana feel at home. We unfortunately had to get this rental due to issues with the home that we leased & were supposed to move into but it had mold & termites so we couldn't move in. I contacted Max & asked him if he could do a long term stay & he did his best to make our unfortunate situation that we had into a comfortable place to live. I would recommend Max & Johanna I wish all AIrB&B hosts were all as professional as they are

Très bon logement pour une longue durée.Manuel est un hôte extrêmement réactif et sympathique. La procédure d’arrivée est très détaillée et le logement était impeccable.Les principaux quartiers touristiques sont accessible facilement en Uber pour une quinzaine de dollars (South Beach, Brickell, Design district…).Je recommande ce logement à ceux qui cherchent une solution budget-friendly à Miami compte tenu des prix de l’immobilier !

Pros: Manuel was very communicative throughout the issues we encountered even though they were not resolved timely. He responded right away to any messages. The room is very spacious and has all the necessities available. The TV is a great size. The place is located right outside the ballpark and just a 30 minute walk to Calle 8 shops. There is a mini fridge and microwave. There was an electric stovetop although we did not use it. The ac unit was very cool and worked great. There are also 2 ceiling fans. Cons: Cleanliness was a big issue here. There were stains on literally every piece of the bedding including pillows, pillow cases, the mattress, fitted sheet, top sheet, and blanket. 2 of the stains were clearly blood and another large one looked like it might be bodily fluid, although when I told Manuel he said they were stains from strong cleaning products. It wasn't a bleach stain... There were about 20 dead ants in and on the bathroom sink when we arrived and 10ish in the toilet. When I told Manuel, he said it was due to a fumigation they had recently but the products were safe for us. The battery on the electronic door lock was dying at our arrival and we had spent 3 separate times waiting outside in the heat for 10 minutes because our door would not open. I asked for a physical key and explained the issue to the host that there was something actually wrong with the lock and it was not the code, but it was not fixed until 3 days into our stay. 2 of those days the door battery died and would not function at all leaving us no way to lock and secure our belongings. I explained this again to the host, but he did said it would lock after a couple minutes of inactivity... But that was not the case. It was unlocked a full day and the next afternoon. More simple cons include that the bed was as hard as a rock. The windows only have blinds and no curtains and since there is a residence on the other side with lights on all night, it is not dark in the room at night. The water pressure is light in the shower. For light sleepers, because the area is nearby the airport, you can hear the planes flying low over the house multiple times each night.Overall, if the lock was not such a hassle to deal with and the cleaning crew actually cleaned the ants and the bedding, the stay would've been great. Manuel seems friendly, but cleanliness and accessibility need to be a priority.

This place is exactly like the pictures show. It’s cozy, very clean and was spacious for a studio apartment. Check in was simple and finding parking nearby was easy. Manuel was always making sure we were doing ok and I really appreciated that.

I had a great stay, the spot was very close to dt Miami and brickell. Nice private room, which had all the essentials needed such as a TV, towels, toilet paper, soap, dishes, etc.

Lovely space! The studio was really nice and Manuel is a very reliable host. He would reply in a timely manner and provides you with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The location is convenient with buses walking distance from the studio as well as the train. The neighborhood was overall very nice and tropical.

Very close to downtown, super spacious, and clean. I would have given this place a perfect score if things didn’t break in the apartment and if my packages and mail didn’t get stolen twice ……... HOWEVER, despite everything, Manuel was amazing at fixing everything in a timely manner and responding super quickly! When my packages were stolen, he asked me if I was comfortable with sharing what I bought with him so he can replace it.He is a great host and this is a great place to stay if you wanna be close to downtown! :) it has everything you need except an oven. But who needs an oven if there’s a lot of places around. Also Publix is nearby as well (less than 5 min) for your grocery needs!

Mi pareja y yo tuvimos un gran tiempo aquí en Miami. El estudio fue muy acogedor, tranquilo y limpio. El dueño fue muy informativo y amable. Nunca tuvimos problemas con el estudio y el dueño Manuel!!Hay todos los esenciales como una refrigeradora, microonda, cocina eléctrica, ducha y televisión. Y es circa de muchas atracciones populares (10-15 minutos) como Philip y Patricia Museo de ciencias, bayside marketplace, tiendas, bares, discotecas, restaurantes, paseos en barco, parques y mucho más! Si quiere ir a south beach el viaje fue 20-25 minutos máximo.

The apartment is okay, just like the pictures. The floor was a little dirty and I preferred not to walk without shoes There were a lot of ants. I understand that this time of year has many ants, but there were many and they started to get into my shoes in the sink and even in bed. But what really caught my attention was the location, I really wouldn't stay there again. I didn't feel safe the neighbors looked at me every time I got in my car or entered the apartment, I even realized that they opened the entrance door and started walking inside the apartments because there are 4 apartments together. I paid to stay 5 nights, but I ended up staying only two because I didn't feel safe. I know that maybe this review will make some people change their mind about this place, but if you are a woman traveling alone, I do not advise you to stay in this place.
