UNIT HAS LEATHER FURNITURE, GRANITE COUNTERTOPS, STAINLESS STEEL APPLIANCES, 4 LCD T.V.'S, 1 DVD PLAYER, NEW WASHER /DRYER 2022 (SIESTA 4 RENT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR TECH. SUPPORT) UNIT IS ALSO ASSIGNED 2 COVERED PARKING SPACES. MAX. SLEEPS 6, 1 KING, 2 QUEEN, JAN THRU APRIL IS 2 WEEK MIN, MAY THRU DEC IS 1 WEEK MIN.
