Welcome to our vacation rental home situated on a Estero Bay and Gulf Of Mexico access canal that is west of 41 and has contemporary beach décor throughout. Newly remodeled. Livingroom with large TV, wi-fi and cable. King bed in one bedroom and queen bed in second bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer in garage and grill out back on brick paver lanai with screened in porch. There's a nice dock by the water for fishing and to take out the kayaks that are supplied.

This home is only a 3 minute drive from the Coconut Point Hyatt Resort and Coconut Point Mall! Day passes to the Hyatt can be purchased separately to enjoy their wonderful pools, lazy river, pool side drinks and more! The Raptor bay Golf Club is also 3 minutes away and is a public golf course that is set upon a natural landscape. The beaches are only a few miles away as well as restaurants and shopping. The Fort Myers International Airport is about a 15 minute drive from the house.
