Enjoy the fresh gulf breezes off the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico from your roomy private balcony overlooking one of the nicest beaches among Destin and South Walton's renowned sugar white sand beaches. Then take the elevator down to a refreshing day by the expansive resort style pool complete with separate kiddie pool, and hot tub area not to mention the seasonal snack bar that is an easy hassle free option for lunch or drinks. Or head out to your choice of one of many adventures on the resort or around the Destin area.

At the end of your fun filled day, relax in the nice living area with a large flat screen TV and upgraded sleeper sofa, or one of the two roomy bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, wonderful view of the Gulf of Mexico and Destin's famous beaches and attached completely remodeled bathroom with double vanity and tub shower combo. You can also access the balcony from the master bedroom.

The guest bedroom has a flat screen TV, and also has a king sized bed with an attached, spacious bath complete with separate vanity area that make it super easy for multiple people to shower and get ready at the same time without getting in each other's way. The second king sized bed sets this condo up to truly have two master suites. This condo is perfect for two adult couples or even families with small children, because there is space in either bedroom for a pack and play next to the bed. The second bedroom also has awesome views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico.

Westwinds is the nicest beachfront building at SANDESTIN Golf and Beach Resort. It is directly on the beach and has many amenities that will keep you and your family returning year after year. Westwinds has the nicest resort style pool on the beach that is heated seasonally and a fitness center that is first class. From the moment you arrive at Westwinds you will feel the charming southern beach charm that embraces you for your entire vacation. The design of Westwinds is to relax the vacationers. As you explore the lushly landscaped grounds, you will find a waterfall on your way to the pool, beach and fitness area. Relax by the poolside and enjoy the tropical setting or enjoy a long soak in the hot tub after a day at the beach or a round on one of SANDESTIN Golf and Beach Resort four golf courses. Westwinds' fitness center overlooks the pool and beach with wonderful views, so it is easy to work out or even do a little cross training while on vacation. Westwinds has some of the fastest and most reliable free WIFI of any building on the beach in case you have to catch up on emails or if your idea of surfing has nothing to do with being in the water.

We currently have 8condos at westwinds, all include 2 beach chairs located in the condo.

House rules
- During Spring Break and Summer, we rent Saturday to Saturday. Email to ask for exception. If you see a little gap and it is bookable then it's ok to reserve.
- Primary renter must be 25 and must be present at all times.
- No Smoking, No pets no exceptions.
- Signed Rental agreement required to gain access to the rental.
- We reserve the right to refuse any reservation.
