Island Villa 1 is the place to be. It will entice you with all its amenities inside and outside. Private salt water heated pool hugged with fish tail palms and a magnificent deck to lounge in with vintage lights, that light up at night creating a soft ambiance.
Comfy sofas and lounge chairs to soak up the sun during the day while you lay out by the pool. Barbecue Grill, outdoor shower on deck. All automated pool and light system. Queen bed with on suite shower downstairs, 1/2 bath downstairs, King Bed with on suite shower, upstairs, ample closets, hallway den with 2 bunk twin beds, Guest bedroom with two full beds and full bath in hallway, Washer/dryer, Free Wifi, Kitchen with all high end appliances, keurig coffee maker, fully equipped. Alligator Reef is a must see 3 nautical miles on the oceanside where you can snorkel and see lots of sealife in crystal clear water. Most popular attraction.
Tip: Everything closes at 9-10pm. Make sure you check the restaurant schedule as they also have seasonal hours.
If you like Mexican food, you can do beer tasting for free at the brewery and eat from Jalisco Mexican Food Truck and enjoy the live music in the beer garden. Awesome!!! You don't need a reservation but it does get full. Live Music.
There’s authentic Cuban food in the island now. Try Framboyan. Excellent!!!!

We have a brand new private dock with slips assigned to each home including water hoses and electricity. Its right on the bayside as well as a brand new sundeck. If you are bringing or renting a boat, please inquire with manager/owner. There is no trailer parking but can accomodate you with nearby marina for your trailer storage and launch for a minimal fee paid to them inquire with host. Founders Park is less than 10 minutes away from the property and boasts a marina, beach with Tikis, bbq's and children's park. A community pool, racquet courts and basketball, tennis, etc. If you show your reservation you will get a discount to use all of the amenities. You can also get there by boat.

About the owner: We are a close Latin/European family that love the ocean. We come from a diverse large family mixed from Caribbean roots to the basque regions of Spain.
We love to hang out in our home at Islamorada with our family and children, it is our sanctuary and we take great pride in the way we take care of it and have built it for us and others to enjoy. Love to fish, jet ski, bike ride, kayak and go out in our boat to explore the various sand bars and nooks hidden around this beautiful place. Love the people and have made many friends in this close community. Love the seafood too!!!
Why this property? We always wanted to have a home on the water or close to the water. The ocean gives us peace and regenerates us... Often spoke about retiring in a place like this and one day we found it!!! It was Coral Cove. We came across this pre-construction site and had a chance to build our own villa. We live in Miami and always traveled to the keys wether it was for the day, week or weekend. We know it very well. The ocean, the breezes, the sunsets, the people, the vibe, all of the above checked all of our boxes and also share our dream with other families and friends seeking a relaxing, excitement-filled experience in this unforgettable piece of sanctuary at Islamorada. Hope you love it like we do.

Great vacation with our family! Very accommodating home owner with great communication! LOCATION,LOCATION,LOCATION.. I spend multiple weeks a year in Islamorada, and this gated community of 8 homes was within walking distance of some of my favorite bars/restaurants! Homes brand new, very clean, had everything you need to enjoy your time away! Grab a cooler after dinner sit out on the dock and watch the sunset while listening to the band playing across the bay at Loreleis!

We stayed in this lovely home in July 2022 and had a wonderful experience. The booking was super easy and the home was just as described. All towels and linens were provided and there were even pool towels and sunscreen available in case we had forgotten ours! The splash pool on the back deck was perfect for cooling off after a long day on the boat, which were were able to dock at the available boat slip. The neighbors were very nice and we felt very safe in this area. I would highly recommend this rental and we are looking forward to next summer vacation already!!!
