Dune Vacation Rentals presents, 12 Patience Lane in Grace Point, a beautiful designed home that is the definition of coastal living. This home has 800 square feet of outdoor living space for enjoying gulf breezes any time from your front porch, a screened porch, a large balcony, and a crow's nest with gorgeous views of the emerald green gulf. And to top it all off, it has a private plunge pool so you can enjoy a dip after a beach day. If exclusivity and relaxation is your idea of vacation, the gated, private community of Grace Point will be the perfect spot for you. You have beach access near the WaterSound Compass Point area, which is a 10 minute walk and The Hub and its shops and entertainment are a short walk away.

The first floor of this home is designed in dreamy, coastal colors and provides and open-concept living space. The kitchen is equipped with a Sub-zero refrigerator and a Wolf stove. The dining area has seating for eight, as well as four barstools at the island. The hinged glass patio doors fully open to the screened porch, with has a breakfast table with four chairs. Also located on the first floor is a master bedroom with a king sized bed and an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower.

The second floor features the master bedroom, with a king sized bed and ensuite bathroom with a shower, as well as a private balcony with two porch swings to enjoy the gulf breezes. There is a guest room with a queen sized bed and private bath with a tub/shower combo. The third guest room on the second floor has two twin sized beds with an ensuite bathroom with a shower.

When you venture up to the third floor, you will find a seating area with a TV and a bunk room that has two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds has a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The star of the show is up the stairs to the 4th floor viewing tower, featuring amazing community and views of the emerald green waters. There is comfortable seating to relax and enjoy the sunset views!

- NO events, such as wedding receptions and other large gatherings are allowed. Only people sleeping in the home are allowed on this property. If violated, double cleaning fees, as well as other possible fees, will apply.
- NO PET HOME. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in IMMEDIATE EVICTION, plus additional cleaning charges.
- Elevator usage is not available for guests unless it is needed by an elderly or handicapped individual. Please contact Dune Vacation Rentals prior to the arrival date for such arrangements.

BIKES: The quote you will receive includes 5 beach cruisers.

RESERVATION/BOOKING POLICY
- MINIMUM AGE: All properties require a minimum of one adult OVER THE AGE of 26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term.
- RATES: SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY - Spring Break and Summer.
- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
- Except for a $250 Cancellation Fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- We accept Visa, M/C, Discover, and AmEx credit cards.
- CHECK-IN BEGINS at 4:00 PM and CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM.
- CLEANING: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay. This will be added onto your total when checking out. Reservations for less than 12 days, have the option to add a mid-stay clean onto your reservation.
