This residence offers 6 bedrooms + 2 twin single bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms to accommodate the whole family comfortably throughout your beach vacation and has a golf cart! .

Off the quiet streets in Old Seagrove, this residence offers two king bedrooms on the main floor that share an ensuite bathroom and a morning kitchen. There is also a laundry room for convenience. Next you will find two twin single rooms that share the full hall bathroom. The first floor has a lovely living space with a comfortable couch. From there you will access the backyard that is complete with chaise lounge chairs, outdoor dining table, shower, grill, and of course the pool (which can be heated for $50/day).

The second floor of the home features three additional guest bedrooms, a master suite, and a second laundry room. One guest bedroom offers a king sized bed and has a private bathroom with a shower. The next two bedrooms, one is a king sized bed and the other is a queen sized bed, share a full hall bathroom with one another. The master bedroom is complete with a walk-in shower, private bathroom with a shower, and access to the balcony. The kitchen and living room are on this floor and are both the perfect size for all to gather around. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, bar stool seating for 3 guests and the dining table has stylish seating for 7 guests.

- NO PET HOME. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in IMMEDIATE EVICTION, plus additional cleaning charges.

RESERVATION/BOOKING POLICY
- MINIMUM AGE: All properties require a minimum of one adult OVER THE AGE of 26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term.
- RATES: SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY - Spring Break and Summer.
- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
- Except for a $250 Cancellation Fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- We accept Visa, M/C, Discover, and AmEx credit cards.
- CHECK-IN BEGINS at 4:00 PM and CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM.
- CLEANING: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay. This will be added onto your total when checking out. Reservations for less than 12 days, have the option to add a mid-stay clean onto your reservation.
