This home welcomes you with an incredible outdoor space featuring a private pool (can be heated for $50/day) and plenty of seating and dining for the entire family to enjoy. The three story window wall allows natural light to fill throughout the space and the open concept floor plan allows everyone to stay closely connected. The living room flows into the dinning space which can seat 8 guests comfortably. The gourmet kitchen has a large center island, stainless steel appliances, and ample storage space. The master bedroom is off the kitchen and has a private porch and bathroom that features a beautiful walk-in shower and dual vanity sinks. Also located on the first floor is a washer and dryer and half bathroom for convenience.

The second floor greets you with warmth from the window wall and rich colored wood flooring. The first guest bedroom offers a king bed, private balcony, and bathroom with a walk-in shower. An additional laundry is on the second floor with a full bathroom that the bunk nook and queen guest bedroom share. There are three total queen guest bedrooms on the second floor. Two of the queen bedrooms share a bathroom that has dual vanity sinks and a walk-in shower.

The third floor has an open space that has beautiful views from the balcony! This space has a kitchenette with a full sized refrigerator, sleeper sofa, and a high-top table with seating for 4 guests. A half bathroom is also located on this floor for convenience. The home also comes with 6 adult backpack beach chairs with cooler/storage, 2 beach umbrellas, and one beach wagon!

- NO events, such as wedding receptions and other large gatherings are allowed. Only people sleeping in the home are allowed on this property. If violated, double cleaning fees, as well as other possible fees, will apply.
- NO PET HOME. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in IMMEDIATE EVICTION, plus additional cleaning charges.

BIKES: The quote you will receive includes 5 Beach Cruisers.

RESERVATION/BOOKING POLICY
- MINIMUM AGE: All properties require a minimum of one adult OVER THE AGE of 26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term.
- RATES: SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY - Spring Break and Summer.
- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
- Except for a $250 Cancellation Fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- We accept Visa, M/C, Discover, and AmEx credit cards.
- CHECK-IN BEGINS at 4:00 PM and CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM.
- CLEANING: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay. This will be added onto your total when checking out. Reservations for less than 12 days, have the option to add a mid-stay clean onto your reservation.
