The community amenities include a pool (seasonally heated), hot tub, grilling area, fitness center, and is located just steps from the private beach access. This 1800 sqft two story home offers 4 spacious bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and can comfortably sleep 8 guests. The Beach Retreat community is centrally located to nearby restaurants, shopping, live entertainment and more!
This charming vacation rental will make you feel right at home. On the main level of this home, you will find a beautiful living area, a fully updated kitchen, a dining area, and the master bedroom. The living area offers an HDTV with plenty of comfortable seating and opens into the dining area. The updated kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need to prepare a home cooked meal including granite counter tops, breakfast bar, and stainless steel appliances. A half bath and private balcony is located off the common areas. Just down the hall you will find the master suite with an inviting king size bed, HDTV and a large bathroom with walk in shower and jacuzzi tub. Upon entering you will find a large foyer leading to 3 bedrooms on the lower level. The first bedroom offers a queen size bed, an HDTV and a full bathroom just outside of this bedroom. The second bedroom is a king suite with an HDTV and private bathroom. The third bedroom offers two twin beds and an HDTV. The laundry room with a washer and dryer is also located on this level. This vacation rental home comfortably sleeps 8 guests and is perfect for the annual family beach vacation!
*Please note Beach Retreat Cottages HOA only allows 2 parking spots per unit, additional paid parking may be available and reserved through the HOA in advance. The HOA does not allow: Boats, RVs, campers, wave runners, trailers, semi-tractors, or buses.
