This charming, updated, 7 bedroom, 5 1/2 bath, pet-friendly Destin vacation rental home, Lazy Palm, is beautifully decorated and offers an open-concept style living room area that has plenty of comfortable seating and a large 55-inch HDTV. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, Keurig machine, coffee pot, crock pot, blender, and everything you would need to prepare a home cooked meal. The dining area and breakfast bar offers seating for 20 and overlooks the back patio and pool area. The bedrooms on this floor are a master king suite with a walk-in shower and soaking tub and the other is a king suite with a walk-in shower. Conveniently, a half bath and laundry room are both located on this floor, off the main common areas.
Additionally, on the 2nd floor of the Lazy Palm, the other 5 bedrooms can be found. Two of which offer a shared private balcony with lounge chairs overlooking the pool area, the king suite with the walk-in shower, and the bunk room with 2 twin over twin bunk beds. The 5th bedroom, a bunk room offers 2 full over full bunk beds and shares a jack-and-jill attached full bathroom with the 6th bedroom which has a king-size bed. This bathroom is equipped with a tub. The 7th bedroom is a king suite with a walk-in shower. All bedrooms offer an HDTV in each room. This home also provides 2 queen-size air mattresses and a pack n play if you need additional sleeping arrangements. As well as a driveway large enough to park a boat, RV, or trailer.
