Guestbook comments from the owner:
This townhouse is gorgeous. We felt very comfortable. I enjoyed having coffee on the beach in the morning. Just a short walk. The balcony is nice. The outdoor shower makes it easy to clean off after the beach. Plenty of beach toys. You don't need to bring anything for that. For extra fun, we did a bioluminescent kayak tour at sunset. It was the coolest thing I've ever seen. And we did surfing lessons at the Cocoa Beach pier. There are so many good restaurants with patio seating.

The location of this townhouse is great! Easy access to the beach and close to restaurants, shopping, and other fun activities. Having 2 master suites was great for myself & my teen daughter. There was plenty of room to spread out. We also enjoyed lounging on the back patio and upper deck. Tara was great to work with and helped to extend our stay! Would definitely stay here again!
Great Cape Canaveral Townhouse
Had to be back in central Florida recently for business and needed to visit some family members close by Cape Canaveral. This was a great unit! Extremely clean, quiet and safe neighborhood, very short walk to beach access, and the owner was very prompt responding back to me when I had a couple of questions. It was the perfect place for my sister, brother-in-law, and me to unwind!

This cozy little place was PERFECT! We got married on the beach and stayed here for a few days. Everything you need is supplied in this house! It was clean, roomy, and very beachy. (Better than the pictures show) And, right on the beach! You can’t go wrong with this rental!

The bedrooms were spacious and each have a nice bathroom, there was great outside space, a balcony with seating and a umbrella and cushions as well as a back patio with outdoor shower.
