Just across the street from the beach and very close to the Don Cesar hotel and all that Pass-A-Grille and St. Pete Beach have to offer.Clean and quiet. Having parking made all the difference. Difficult to park anywhere in St. Pete Beach on weekends or holidays so having a dedicated parking spot was a game-changer. It made it easy to come and go as we please and explore more of the beach area and the downtown. You won't be disappointed.

Steps from the semi private beach access, renovated 1 bdrm condo has granite counter tops and bath vanities.showers. TV in bdrm and den. Dual band 5G WIFI. King bed and queen size sofa sleeper. Code locks,no keys to worry with. Walking dist to restaurants/bars.

Large open concept den and full kitchen. Kitchens fully stocked (see amenities) dual band wifi cable TV. There is a washer and dryer on site that is free to use including the detergent. Beach chairs are available first come first serve and there is an outside shower just before the gate where all beach gear is stored in a fenced yard.. easy access to everything !

NO other hamlet has quicker access to the beach via I-275 and the Bayway.

we have two modes of transportation that totally make renting cars or bringing multiple cars a waste. The Supershuttle from the airport beats Uber prices especially if you do the ride share option and there are very few riders typically to share with ..The last time I took the Super Shuttle it was only $26 each way ! After you arrive everything is easy you can walk just about every think you may need at first. When venturing further than you care to walk, The Free Beach Ride has been around for a long time and work just on gratuity only ! you can download an app for them and they even have a funky open air type of cart that looks like a lot of fun . The 2nd is the Freebie that I 've seen buzzing around too.
