This oceanfront home is located on Scenic Route C-30 just east of Cape San Blas. Family Tides sits directly on the Gulf of Mexico on a picturesque, wide stretch of dune filled beach which offers some fabulous views along with breathtaking sunrises and sunsets which are to die for! The living level of this home features a large open ceramic tiled living/dining/kitchen area with lots of window and glass doors for that spectacular view. Through the glass doors you will exit on to a deck that leads to the private boardwalk for easy access down the the beach.
This home has four bedrooms, and three bath rooms for your convenience. The top level features a gulf front master suite with a jacuzzi tub, walk in closet, reading area and a private deck for enjoying those wonderful views. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have Queen size beds.The lower level of the home provides a 4th sleeping area with a double/twin bed bunk combo. The home is equipped with a telephone, a DVD Player, a fully equipped kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer and ice maker.
The beaches in front of this home are wide and flat. They are perfect for shelling, surf fishing, long walks or pull your chair to the edge of the water and just take it all in, the view, the sun, and the relaxing moment that you have just to yourself. You can also drive on the beach with a Gulf County Permit so it will not be surprising to find families gathering on the shores of the Gulf of Mexico, swimming, grilling, fishing or gathering wood for an evening bonfire. Forget the cell phone, the faxes, and the emails! You are in Paradise!
After you have had the time of your life at the beach making memories with family and relaxing you can drive about 20 minutes to the east and enjoy dinner and shopping in Historic Apalachicola or drive 15 minutes to the west and take in all that Port St. Joe has to offer, shopping, dining, and night life.
St. Joseph State Park, and St Vincent Wildlife Refuge are just minutes away and are wonderful places to visit.
