This property sits on a wooded lot in a private community with parking for 4 vehicles. The serene lake views, private pool, dock for fishing, grilling area, and lots of indoor/outdoor room for entertaining allows for a relaxing vacation for up to 10 guests. Property includes: Master bedroom with king-size bed, open concept bathroom with waterfall tub and walk-in shower, double vanities, and two additional bedrooms upstairs which include a bunk room with two sets of twin bunk beds, and a queen-size bedroom. Includes a full bath upstairs and half bath off of the kitchen. There is a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room for extra guests, a fully-stocked open-concept kitchen, dining table that seats six, and both Coffee and Keurig machines for your use. This home has ample outdoor deck space for cookouts on the grill or just relaxing to enjoy the beautiful views and watching the kids play in the pool. Full size washer and dryer unit for your use.

Wake up in the morning, hear the frogs croaking, birds singing, and watch all the turtles basking on the lakeside. You can fish or kayak in the fresh water lake. Sitting area on the dock. Kayak is provided. You will need to bring your own fishing poles. This home is on a dead end cul-de-sac with a vacant lot next door. Plenty of extra parking if needed, or boat trailer parking. Great neighborhood for riding bikes.

This is a pet friendly property. A pet fee of $175 plus taxes and fees for each dog. Please notify us at time of booking if you are bringing a dog with the weight and breed. We love your furry family members.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Plenty of linens are provided with extra sheets, towels, and beach towels. A three day supply of paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, and laundry detergent are provided.
