About the Property
Windsor Hills is an oasis only a mile from Disney World. Amenities include a huge pool with a water slide, clubhouse, playgrounds, exercise room, putting green, sports area, convenience store and shuttles to major attractions. AAA gives it a 3 diamond rating and units are in high demand. Our unit offers everything you could want: free extra high speed Wi Fi, local calls and cable; TV's and ceiling fans in every bedroom; a large flat screen n the living room; I-Pod docks, a full kitchen to save money on meals; in unit free laundry, pack 'n play crib, high end furniture, etc.
Our most recent upgrades are free unlimited calling to the U. S., Canada and Puerto Rico and premium cable and a DVR in the living room. Also a ceiling fan has been added.
I can link you to dozens of 4 star reviews of our property.
Our condo is so much more spacious than a hotel and cheaper because you don't have to eat out for every meal. We are on the second floor just a run up a single flight of stairs but there is an elevator when needed. It is more private and sunnier than the first floor. We have a corner unit with lots of light.
We are a short walk to the pool, convenient but much quieter than being right on it.
Why Kids Love It
There is a great pool with a waterslide nearby and of course we are so close to Disney. There are also amenities like a movie theater where they will show movies of your choice.
We have TVs in every bedroom and Ipod docks and a game player.
We are located about 5 minutes from The Magic Kingdom and about 20 minutes from Universal. Restaurants, stores etc are just over a mile away but the complex is lovely and tranquil.

“Amazing, great for the family”

This condo was everything we needed and could ask for, each child had there own bed ages 3, 9, 15. We had a beautiful King to stretch out in after the day was through. We would recommend this for any family. Thank you Joyce for sharing your condo with us. The community pool was also wonderful.
“Clean, Comfortable, Perfect Location”
Reviewed 9 Jan 2017
We stayed here for 7 nights for our trip to Disney and Universal Studios. The location was perfect - 20 minutes to Universal Studios and 10 minutes to Disney. The condo is located in the Windsor Hills gated community which is very clean, safe and quiet. The condo itself was clean and well stocked with everything you would need in the kitchen. Plenty of bath towels (although no hand towels) and pool towels (these are in the laundry room). Full size washer and dryer and laundry basket. There was a small container of laundry detergent also but I am not sure if this is typical or left by a previous renter. Things that were not provided: coffee filters for the coffee maker (basket type), tissues, shampoo/conditioner or soap (there was a tiny bar - 2 inch by 1 inch - in each bathroom) so if you are shopping before you arrive remember to pick those up. The beds were a bit creaky but comfortable (we used the master bedroom and bedroom with the queen bed). Each bedroom had a large (50 inch?) TV and the master bedroom had a computer and printer. The decor of all of the rooms was tasteful, not overwhelmingly Disney. Totally recommend this rental!
Response from the owner
Thank you for taking the time to write the review and your recommendation. I wish I could provide the small items you mention but the starter package is standardized. Thanks for giving the tip for renters.

We have never rented a condo, so this was a new venture for us. In the past, we've stayed on Disney property, which is totally cramped and overpriced. When we stepped in to the condo, we were so excited about all the space we had! Comparing it to a hotel and the cost of a hotel, it just is such a better value! This property is clean, the rooms are nicely decorated, the kitchen well stocked with silverware and cookware. We loved having a washer and dryer too! The kids had their own space and so did my husband and me. That was important when you are staying more than a few days! We enjoyed the various parks while we were in Orlando and found it relaxing to come back to the condo in the afternoons to go swimming and enjoy the hot tub or just take a nap! The pool area is super close and our kids loved chasing and watching the chameleons or geckos that were out and about on the short walk to the pool. So cool to see something unique to the area and climate. I would highly recommend staying here. The parks are within 5-20 minutes, depending on where you go. Not so much because of distance, but more because of traffic. The traffic lights are SUPER long here, so just know that ahead of time.
Response from the owner
Thanks so much for taking the time to review! Glad you had a good time.
“Very nice condo”
Reviewed 12 May 2016
This was a very nice condo and property, the pool and extra facilities were very nice also. Would have been nice to have ceiling fans to help circulate the air, even though the air conditioning was on it still was stuffy especially on the days that were 90+ degree days. Also would have been nice to have some basic spices, such as salt and pepper, had to go and buy these basic staples. Would be nice if the security at the gate was a little easier and flowed better.
Response from the owner
Thanks for the review Cecelia. I can't do anything about the gate. Thanks for the suggestions. I will suggest the salt and pepper to the management company and ask them about the possibility of a fan. I'm glad you enjoyed your stay.

This condo was by far the best place I have stayed at in the Disney area. It was so close to Disney property and the amenities were plentiful. No need to spend the extra money for Disney property. Will come back again for sure !! Now if you can only do something about the daily rain storms ,..... hahaha. Thank you Joyce. You have a lovely place Karen
Response from the owner
Thank you Karen. It was a pleasure to have you. I hope you do return.

“We can't believe we ever stayed in a hotel, and we never will ag”

The accommodations were very clean and neat when we arrived! We loved having a fully stocked kitchen, separate bedrooms for the kids (with their own televisions), and the washer and dryer allowed us to carry our luggage on the plane instead of checking bags. Despite a busy schedule at the theme parks, we visited the playgrounds and pool and had a movie night in the theater. It was perfectly located close to restaurants and stores as well as the highway so everywhere we went took only about ten minutes. We can't wait to come back!
“Couldn't Have Been Happier”

The Pros: - The owner, Joyce, was willing to answer all my questions and was flexible when working with me on scheduling my trip. - It's a gated property, which adds to the comfort and security level. - There is plenty of parking right outside the unit. - The condo was clean, spacious, and extremely comfortable for my family of 5. - The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to eat a number of meals "at home" and save $$ by not having to eat out 3 times per day. - Unlike a hotel room, the kids had their own bedrooms, so we could put them to bed on time while staying up later ourselves. - The pool at Windsor Hills is fantastic and huge. It has a zero entry front, a splash park, a water slide, and a hot tub for adults. And it never gets deeper than 4 feet. And it's literally a 1 minute walk from the door to the clubhouse. - Bath towels, pools towels, linens...everything was provided that we needed. - The proximity to all Disney World theme parks couldn't have been better. It was a literal 5-10 minute drive until we were on Disney property. - Windsor Hills is off the main road (Rte 192), but close enough for all your shopping and dining needs. The Cons: - A few hooks in the bathrooms to hang towels (in addition to the installed towel bars). - And that's it. Our trip to Disney was great this year, and staying in this condo most definitely added to that positive experience. The kids had so much fun in the pool, we almost wish we had more time to enjoy it, but hitting the theme parks every day doesn't leave much time for swimming. I was thrilled with the accommodations (so much better than a hotel room!), and how short of a drive everything was to our location. And my wallet liked the savings we enjoyed by eating all our breakfasts (and a few of our lunches and dinners) at home. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone who would feel more comfortable staying at a place that feels like home and not a hotel. And isn't that everyone?

The location was so close to the Magic Kingdom entrance. The condo was large, clean, and had everything we could possibly need. The kitchen was well equipped and I liked that the bedrooms and two baths were at opposite ends of the unit. My 5 year old granddaughter loved the lion king themed bedroom. The pool was amazing, especially for children, and be sure to check out the playground. A well secured property with a guard at the gatehouse.

My husband and our 3 young daughters stayed in Oliver's Oasis the first week in april. Everything was beyond wonderful. The condo location is extremely close to all the parks and the facility is immaculate. Another extra that we valued was the level of security. The owner was extremely friendly, responsive and easy to deal with on every aspect of booking this trip. Our family hopes to make this an annual trip and look forward to spending many more vacations in the same location. Thank you Joyce for opening your home to our family and making our first trip to Disney/Florida one we will never forget.
