You are steps from the sandy white beach and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico waters on Longboat Key. This home has a spacious living room and dining room floorplan, all with a pool view, a spacious tropically landscaped yard, lined with large royal palm trees to please the eyes.
Two of the bedrooms have pool views and access through the sliding or french doors. There is also a variety of indoor and outdoor hammocks to nap in, and a comfortable living room sofa with dual recliners. A full-size washer and dryer are in the home as needed.
On the front porch are two multi person swings to enjoy with your morning coffee, while the private back pool and deck area is very spacious with plenty of comfortable seating. You can also enjoy the hanging hammocks, and outdoor eating area while catching a Gulf of Mexico breeze.
Off the property and not far away is a very large dog park with boardwalks and paths throughout the park including on the water in some areas. The dog park is a very peaceful place to take your dogs on a hike or run around in the large meadow area that is part of the park.
There are also shopping centers, restaurants, and grocery stores north or south of the island, and to the south end is the very popular St. Armand's Circle where unique shopping and restaurants are plentiful. St. Armands is a great place to walk, browse, have ice cream, or just enjoy the moment.
If excitement is wanted, the Busch Gardens Amusement Park and Adventure Island Water Park are only one hour away. There are many other exciting attractions off the island too..., and very close by, like jet ski rentals, para sailing, boat rentals, fishing trips offshore and inshore...etc.
