Welcome to Shore Beats Workin Villa.

This amazing property offers 2 Bedrooms & 2 Baths, all one level with views of one of the golf courses located in Edgewater Villa.
Kitchen is fully stocked, making cooking meals a breeze and overlooks the living room and dining room, this unit even offers a bar area with bar stools for extra seating. Bedroom 1 offers a King Bed w/ Private bath attached. Bedroom 2 offers 2 Queen Beds w/ a Full bath attached. There is a pool right outside your villa or enjoy one of the other pools located on the property. This villa is located right across the street from the beach & gulf, so either walk across the street or call the tram and you can be picked up right outside your door. The Beach and all amenities are within walking distance or a short ride in the complimentary tram service. Beach side, you'll find a spectacular Lagoon Pool, 11 Pools and 4 Hot Tubs. Take a break at Ocean's Bar & Grill, Paradise Pizza, Blender's Poolside Bar or at Edgie's Corner Market, featuring Starbucks, Ice Cream Parlor & Bakery. Take a break from the beach and spend some family time at the Arcade, Splash Pad or Sky Trail Rope Course. Pamper yourself at the Spa and Beauty Salon. If sports and fitness are your passion, you can enjoy a round of golf on the Par 3 Executive 9-hole Golf Course, a game of Tennis on Plexi cushion Courts, or play some shuffleboard or basketball. The Club offers a great workout at the Fitness Center, and the Pro Shop has everything you need for equipment, additional fees for golf, work out & other amenities apply - ck with the pro shop for details.

Please note prior to booking there is a 25-age requirement to book at this resort & this condo. Person who books must be 25 at the time of booking & present during the entire stay. This is strictly enforced. A signed rental agreement & a copy of your driver's license will be requested and sent after booking. We do not allow 3rd party bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check in guest will be evicted and will not be refunded for the stay. Rental Agreement & Driver's license must be sent back within 48 hours of booking to secure your reservation. If no signed rental agreement & driver's license is sent back within 48 hours guests forfeit reservation & will not be refunded.

This property does not allow Spring Breakers under 25 years of age. Absolutely no exceptions.

Failure to take out trash or excessive cleans caused from guest's additional charges will apply. The management company will have the right to charge the guest between $150.00- $300.00 for failing to abide by this rule.

No unregistered guests allowed in the property; violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction with no refunds given. We do not allow extra guests - including children of any age, we count heartbeats - and only allow the number of occupants, that the unit sleeps. This condo sleeps 8 people max. No exceptions.

Two vehicles max. No more than 2 vehicles are allowed for this condo no exceptions. Two parking passes are already included in your booking total. Anchors Away Rentals provides guests 8 wristbands for this unit. If any are missing or damaged during the checkout inspection, you will be responsible for replacing those.

Please note we only provide a starter pack of Amenities, just to get you through the first night. We do not provide amenities for your entire stay.

Check in is 4pm central on the day of arrival & checkout is 10am central on the day of departure. We do not allow early check ins. By booking guest agrees to wait to go to the property until the 4pm check in time or when you have been told by the office that the unit is ready.
Failure to check out by 10am will result in additional charges. Check out time is 10 AM: if you are not out of the unit by 10:15 am, you agree to be charged 50.00 per half hour until all guests have completely vacated the unit.

Quiet Hours are 10pm to 8am – if security is called to your unit, management may evict without refund.

This is a nonsmoking unit. Evidence otherwise will result in a $300 fine & possible eviction without refund.

This property & unit are not pet friendly. Please note if we find an authorized pet in the home, you will be evicted without refund. If evidence of a pet is found at checkout, you will be fined a charge of $500.

Some amenities like golf, weight room, tennis etc. have an additional charge, please check with the pro shop for pricing. Those amenities are not included with this rental.

Tram service will take you from your villa to the beach & gulf side. The tram runs from 9am till 10pm, during prime season and is free to use, just call them for a pickup or walk over to the gulf side, it's a short walk. The tram will not be running from November thru March.
