This 3 bedroom, 3 bath villa is located on the ground floor, so no steps to tackle w/ parking in front of your unit & pool steps from the villa. This newly remodeled & updated unit has everything you will need for a relaxing & memorable vacation. Master bedroom offers king bed, private bath, tv & private balcony. Bedroom 2 offers a queen bed, tv and attached bath. Bedroom 3 offers 2 twin/ full bunk beds, private bath w/ tiled shower & private balcony. The sofa in the living room offers a queen bed for additional sleeping space. Dining area offers a large farmhouse style table with extra seating at the bar area - so plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen is fully equipped and makes meal prep a breeze with everything you will need during your stay including Keurig coffee maker, griddle, insta-pot & air fryer. Better Together Villa, is located in the Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort. Edgewater Resort amenities will be sure you and your family have the best vacation ever.

The resort offers 11 pools, 4 Jacuzzis, a shuffleboard court, 6 tennis courts, 9 holes of golf and endless Florida Sunsets. Enjoy parasailing, jet skiing, tennis, golf, weight lifting, beach yoga or a soothing body wrap. The Resort will be sure you and your family have the best vacation ever...until your next visit, that is.

During your stay at Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort, take advantage of all the activities available on the sugar-white sands of Panama City Beach right outside your door. Relax by the Lagoon Pool, parasail over the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico, indulge your senses with massage services at Bellas. Whether it's golf, sunbathing, or fine dining you're looking for, you will find it here. Lastly, Ocean's Bar & Grill provides private gulf-front dining with live music seasonally, a large tiki bar and delectable dishes to please all palates.

The villa is a short 5 min walk to the gulf side OR call the tram to pick you up free of charge - tips are appreciated. Tram will NOT be running from November thru March.

THINGS TO NOTE:
We provide a STARTER PACK only of amenities, just to get you through the first night, NOT for your entire stay.
Rental Agreement MUST be completed & Copy of driver's license MUST be sent to secure reservation; we will not send check in info till both are sent to management.
RENTER MUST BE 25 @ & MUST be present during the entire stay, we also do NOT allow 3rd party bookings.
No unregistered guests allowed in the property; violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction with no refunds given. We DO NOT allow extra guests - including children under 2 years of age, we count heartbeats - and only allow the number of occupants, that the unit sleeps – NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.
NO SMOKING - IF any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 fine.
Check out time is 10 AM: if you are not out of the unit by 10:15 am, you agree to be charged 50.00 per half hour until all guests have completely vacated the unit.
Check in time is 4 PM: we DO NOT allow early check in during prime season - Guests are NOT allowed on property until 4pm OR until they receive the door code from our office, whichever comes first.
Renter agrees to report issues with the unit to management within 2 hours of check in – regarding cleaning or issues & not wait to report during the review process, with exception to emergency maintenance calls.

Quiet Hours are 10pm to 8am – if security is called to your unit, management may evict without refund.

Please Note: Towels & Linens are provided for you and your guests, IF you stain or damage the linens or towels, you agree to pay for each piece stained to be replaced.

IF any of our house rules are violated, renter agrees to forfeit the security deposit.
​​​​​​​This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if any evidence of a pet is found OR if we find an unauthorized pet in the property, we will evict you immediately without refund and/or charge a fine of $500.00.
Some amenities like golf, weight room, tennis etc. have an additional charge, please check with the pro shop for pricing.

Three vehicles max. No more than 3 vehicles allowed no exceptions. Three parking passes of $130.00 plus tax are included in the booking breakdown. Wristbands are required to be worn on property by the resort. Those will be provided for you. If any are lost or damaged upon inspection of your checkout you will be responsible for replacing them.
