Welcome to Villa Jolie @ & 2 bath and overlooks the lake and sits across from the tennis courts on the VILLA SIDE of the resort. Master Bedroom offers a King Bed, with en suite full bath. Bedroom 2 offers 2 Queen size beds and access to the 2nd full bath. This unit sleeps 6 people. Fully stocked kitchen. Unit offers a full-size Washer n Dryer. Park outside your unit. Resort Charges $20 ea. per PARKING PASSES.
The Beach and all amenities are within walking distance or a short ride in the complimentary tram service. Tram will NOT be running from November thru March. Beach side, you'll find a spectacular Lagoon Pool, 11 Pools and 4 Hot Tubs. Take a break at Ocean's Bar & Grill, Paradise Pizza, Blender's Poolside Bar or at Edgie's Corner Market, featuring Starbucks, Ice Cream Parlor & Bakery. Take a break from the beach and spend some family time at the Arcade, Splash Pad or Sky Trail Rope Course. Pamper yourself at the Spa and Beauty Salon. If sports and fitness are your passion, you can enjoy a round of golf on the Par 3 Executive 9 hole Golf Course, a game of Tennis on Plexicushion Courts, or play some shuffle board or basket ball. The Club offers a great workout at the Fitness Center, and the Pro Shop has everything you need for equipment, additional fees for golf, work out & other amenities apply - ck with the pro shop for details.

**This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the unit, you will be evicted immediately w/o refund. If any evidence of pet is found at ck out, you will be fined $300.00 for the violation of our NO PET policy.

Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. We also do NOT allow 3rd party bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

Renter MUST be 25 at time of Booking to & MUST BE PRESENT DURING ENTIRE STAY, violators will be evicted without refund. Rental Agreement must be signed & driver's license must be sent to management company after booking and before ck in info will be sent.

Two vehicles max. No more than 2 vehicles allowed no exceptions. Two parking passes of $80.00 plus tax are included in the booking breakdown. Wristbands are required to be worn on property by the resort. Those will be provided for you. If any are lost or damaged upon inspection of your checkout you will be responsible for replacing them.

NO SMOKING - IF any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 fine.
