Welcome to Mimosa's Sunset Paradise of PCB. This beautiful 2-story 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home with custom pool/spa & separate billiards room is it's own private oasis. Relax on the covered porch surrounded by mature palms with access to the entry doors to the main level of the home. This home offers 4 bedrooms 3.5 baths - with a large private pool, spa and billiard room with pool table. This home is is only 2 blocks to the white sandy beaches & emerald green waters of Panama City Beach.

The space:
Lower Level:
Large carport with covered parking, beautifully landscaped yard, entirely fenced & gated. Separate Billiards room with pool table, wall mounted tv, outside patio table with seating for 6. Corn Hole Game.

Main Floor :
Open Concept Great Room, Large fully stocked Kitchen with S/S appliances, ice maker and private half bath. Laundry Room with Full size front loader washer & dryer. 10 foot Ceilings , Ceramic tile throughout the home , large ceiling fans in rooms & porches. This large open space is perfect for gathering , planning the day or making family meals and memories! Master Bedroom offers king bed, tv, large private bath w/ shower, garden tub & double vanity sinks. 60 in TV in living room and access to the large covered balcony with seating, ceiling fans and space to enjoy some quiet time with a book, morning coffee or evening cocktails. There is a sofa sleeper for additional sleeping space.

Second Floor:
Bedroom 2 offers a queen bed & tv inside the room.
Bedroom 3 offers 2 twin beds, tv & desk.
Bedroom 4 offers queen bed, tv & private bath with full shower/tub combo.

Pool Area:
Gated area with large custom built luxury pool, with water slide, walk over bridge, waterfall, swim up bar area & jacuzzi spa. Propane grill area & tiki bar, with table & umbrella and seating area and lounge chairs. During the winter months from October 1st to April 30th if you & your party wish to use the pool & the hot tub during your stay a request for $50.00 a day plus tax will be added to your reservation. The guest must pay for the entire length of the stay. This request of $50.00 a day plus tax must be paid in full along with your second payment. If this request has not been taken care of by then you & your party will not be able to utilize the pool and the hot tub during your stay. No access to the pool and or hot tub will be allowed if the payment is not received during those months. No exceptions. Please Note: Due to the size of the pool when the temperature outside drops below 60 degrees unfortunately the pool will not be able to be heated. The size of the pool the heat pump will only pump if the temperature outside is above 60 degrees. If you have any questions about this, please feel free to reach out to us. Parking: Max 4 vehicles per stay. Do NOT park on the grass or on the street.

This house is DOG FRIENDLY – 1 dog ONLY: 25 lb. weight maximum, with a $150.00 NON-REFUNDABLE PET FEE, will be requested after booking, once you register the dog on the reservation. Your pet is NOT allowed on furniture or beds and all waste must be cleaned up prior to check out. Additional fees will apply if waste is not cleaned up, damages occur OR extra cleaning is required by housekeeping.

THINGS TO NOTE:

We provide a STARTER PACK only of amenities, just to get you through the first night, NOT for your entire stay.

Rental Agreement MUST be completed & Copy of driver's license MUST be sent to secure reservation; we will not send check in info till both are sent to management.

RENTER MUST BE 25 @ & MUST be present during the entire stay, we also do NOT allow 3rd party bookings.

No unregistered guests allowed in the property; violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction with no refunds given. We DO NOT allow extra guests - including children under 2 years of age, we count heartbeats - and only allow the number of occupants, that the unit sleeps – NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.

NO SMOKING - IF any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 fine.

Check out time is 10 AM: if you are not out of the unit by 10:15 am, you agree to be charged 50.00 per half hour until all guests have completely vacated the unit.

Check in time is 4 PM: we DO NOT allow early check in during prime season. Guests are NOT allowed on property until 4pm OR until they receive the door code from our office, whichever comes first.

Renter agrees to report issues with the unit to management within 2 hours of check in – regarding cleaning or issues & not wait to report during the review process, with exception to emergency maintenance calls.

Quiet Hours are 10pm to 8am – if security is called to your unit, management may evict without refund.

Please Note: Towels & Linens are provided for you and your guests, IF you stain or damage the linens or towels, you agree to pay for each piece stained to be replaced.

IF any of our house rules are violated, renter agrees to forfeit the security deposit.

For your protection & ours, we have a ring camera on the front door which records audio and video of the entrance. Do NOT tamper with or cover the camera. If you cover or tamper with the camera - you could be evicted & no refunds will be given.
