Live the South Florida lifestyle in this beautiful, quiet community where giant palms and flowering trees line the streets. Perfectly located, walking distance to the Funky Buddha Brewery and the other downtown Oakland Park bars, eateries and parks. Bike to Wilton Manors, Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, the FL Water Taxi and the Beach! Or take a short drive to Las Olas and many other Fort Lauderdale attractions.
Up to four cars can park in the carport/driveway but once you're here, everything is just a short walk or bike (supplied) ride away. Playa Zen South is in the quietest of neighborhoods but centrally located to all of the Fort Lauderdale action!

Absolutely no parties are permitted. Playa Zen is in a quiet neighborhood and has a community noise restriction from 10PM to 8AM. Only registered guests should access the property.

The backyard is fully fenced (great for your furry family members!) but the pool is not fenced within the yard. Children must be supervised AT ALL TIMES in the backyard.
