Relax on the patio or in the hot tub after a day at the beach. On those cooler nights, enjoy a cocktail while sitting around the fire pit. Our comfy Florida Room is a beachcomber's delight.
Fully equipped kitchen with pots and pans, cooking utensils and basic cooking needs (oil, spices, etc.). Spa tub in bathroom. Patio in back yard with spacious outdoor seating, new stainless steel propane grill, 6-person hot tub and firepit. Beach chairs, towels and umbrella provided. TVs in living room and bedrooms, with 125+ channels.
If you're going to be doing remote work or just some streaming, we have free high speed (600 Mbps) internet service and a Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) access point.
Your well-behaved pets are welcome and will enjoy a large fenced-in yard with ample sun and shady areas. Pet bowls and throws for the furniture are provided.

The property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, less than a 3-mile drive to Deerfield Beach, which has ample beach parking, a variety of restaurants, shopping and nightlife. Pompano Beach, Lauderdale-By-The-Sea and Ft. Lauderdale are a short drive to the south, and Boca Raton and Delray Beach are a short drive to the north.

About the owner: I'm originally from the Philadelphia/South Jersey area and spent a good deal of my life in Wildwood, NJ. My wife is from Saco, Maine. We've both been residents of Florida for over 30 years, most of that time in the Pompano Beach / Lighthouse Point area.
Why this property? Lighthouse Point is a very nice, safe, upscale community with a wide variety of original Florida homes from the 50's, all the way up to multi-million dollar mansions on the water. It is ideally located less than 3 miles from Deerfield Beach with many shops, restaurants and bars, and in close proximity to Fort Lauderdale, Lauderdale-By-The-Sea, Pompano Beach, Boca Raton and Delray Beach.
We both love this area and when we were looking for something a bit larger, we purchased a new home less than a mile away. We then decided to keep this property, do some upgrades and rent it out, in case we decide to downsize in the future.

This house is amazing. Don was a super host, very attentive and he answer our communications very quickly. The house is just perfect, very clean with everything you need in the kitchen, bathroom with washer and dryer. The patio is very private with a Spa to relax. The yard has fence so no stress with your pets outside. The neighbourhood is very quiet and safe. Walking distance from Walmart and some restaurants. Thank you Don for everything and looking forward to come back again.
