This is the house for a large family or a couple of families to share, with a great location, super amenities, and attractive layout and decor.  This sits in the heart of Navarre Beach in a small beach neighborhood called Village at Navarre.  Access to the Gulf of Mexico is a 3 minute walk directly out the neighborhood across Gulf Blvd with a public walkway leading right to the sand.

You will have access to the calm and soothing waters of the Intracoastal waterway and neighborhood private Sandy Beach area!

This special property gives you the option to bring your boat and use the boat slip which comes with the house!  Another great amenity is the circular community pool right next to the house, 10 steps away, so you have Gulf of Mexico, Intracoastal waterway with sandy beach, fresh water pool, and your own boat slip with dock for fishing.  Super FUN!

The house is a cottage style home with 3 levels.  The ground level has a 2 car garage with bonus space, cornhole game, beach chairs and toys, and new bathroom with shower.  The back of the ground level leads out to a sitting area with Propane grill and looks right at the community pool to watch the kiddos.  The main level has a nice open floor plan with breakfast nook table (sits 7), main dining table (sits 6 and can be extended), and living room  with flat screen TV.  On this level is a King bedroom and a bunk bedroom that is done queen on bottom, twin in the middle, and full bed on top, they share a full bathroom.

It is also easy to go downstairs from those bedrooms to use the new downstairs bathroom.  Upstairs you have the Master bedroom with King bed, Jack and Jill bathroom connected to the 4th bedroom with queen bed and two twin bunk beds.

Some of the extras - the house will have 8 beach chairs, 4 umbrellas, and a wagon for guest use.  The guest have access to the neighborhoods private entry to the Sound/Intracoastal waterway with Sandy Beach and the community dock and personal boat slip.  The house has parking for 3-4 depending on Golf Cart use which is an option to rent.  There is excess parking 1/4 mile away if needed and you are 1/4 mile from the boat launch area.
